Small room and thin walls
Reviewed By Diana SThings we liked: good location, close to the beach and the city centre, cleanliness and hospitable host. There is a bakery around the corner a lot of stores nearby. Things we didn't like: the room is too small, misleading pictures on the site. The bathroom is ridiculously small. The walls are very thin and basically, you can hear everything your neighbour says or does. If you are so unlucky to have a crying baby next to you, well it's bad!

Spectacular. The best accommodation ever
Reviewed By DanaPuiuIn the last ten years we have spent all holidays only in Greece. By far, the best accommodation was at Talizeti. That's why in the last three years we spent our vacation only in Talizeti. Nowhere in all of Greece we didn't find a more suitable location: accommodation in a luxury apartment, private beach, fine sand, impeccable cleanliness, complete tranquility, proximity to the very lively Sarti. Everything is superlative, including value for money. We would like to thank the owners and their staff for their hospitality and care to make us feel at home. We highly recommend this location, with the utmost sincerity we can say that there are no better conditions anywhere to spend a wonderful vacation. Congratulations to the owners for this location and for the excellent services

House Sartios is a complex built in 2008 and located in the center of beautiful Sarti, just 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the main square.

Reviewed By michaelwY5844WZWe visited SARTIOS HOUSE with 2 persons very spontaneous for 4 days nights, and our contact person Sartios, one of the owners, was from the beginning to the end of our stay, a great host! We arrived very late in the night (because the flight was delayed) , but it was absolutely no problem for him to check us in, and we could begin our short vacation very relaxed ☺️ Our apartment was very nice and clean and we had a wonderful time here in Sarti and on the beautiful Sithonia-peninsula (Sartios told us the locals here call it "the middle leg" ??). The small nice village, the beach, the nature and the whole environment made us leaving this place with a smile on our faces, and show us one more time again that the legendary hospitality of the Greek people isn't just a legend but absolutely true ??????? Thank you very much and Epharisto Sarti and hope we will see again ?? Michi (Μιχαήλ) from Hamburg, 21.Juno, 2021 PS, and even in this pandemic times we had the possibility to forget all the sorrows and just enjoyed it ?

House Stella is located in the seaside village of Sarti in Sithonia, Chalkidiki. Nowadays along the golden beach of Sarti are built small complexes of rent rooms as well as narrow streets containing various tourist shops restaurants, bars and and cafes. The old village still contains a few of the picturesque original houses House Stella is situated on the SW side of the traditional square.
Wonderful accommodation and location
Reviewed By David BGreat little guesthouse right in the centre of town. Very friendly helpful hosts pointed us to wonderful beaches and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful family resort with lots to see and do - perfect.

Overpriced rooms
Reviewed By ady21The rooms are overpriced and the photos taken by a professional photographer is totally misguiding. They are plain rooms and their view from the balcony is to the main road. Old fashioned furniture and a bathroom of old times. The only positives were the cleaning provided by the ladies and that is located at the edge of the Sarti beach and not in the heavily built area near the old village.

Good place to stay in lovely Sarti
Reviewed By Albena TWe stayed in Sky hotel for 3 nights and we found out Greece is lovely for a summer vacation even at the end of September. First of all, we got friendly welcome by Maria, Persa and Oscar ( Maria's lovely king charles spaniel dogs). The rooms were clean and we got one at the corner with a huge balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. There are hot plates and you can prepare your own breakfast or visit the bakery around the corner. The beach is less than 5 minute walk but we preferred to go by car to small nice beaches with less people where we had a wonderful time. Maria recommended us beaches and restaurants in the area and helped us enjoy our stay. Thanks a lot and greetings from Bulgaria! We will be back.

Reviewed By 585despWe took the 2 room apartment and it was so clean and beautiful, the kids loved it, my only complain was that they don't have a recycling bin anywhere so keep our recycling bag and travel with them to dispose them.

Hospitable owner advised good places to have dinner and beaches to visit. I enjoyed mountain view from the balcony. It's a family business. Owner was always happy to help, advise, make my life easier. Even helped me with a car and saved my vacation mood)) I strongly recommend this place for everyone who want to get nice vacation. P.S. Attached balcony view on mouth Athon. Really great bonus)

Nice place for a family vacation, paradise if you have small children
Reviewed By Teodora SClean and comfortable place, in the kitchen all you need is available. Beach is very close, nice and water is very clean. Short walking distance to center and a supermarket, a few steps away there is a wonderful bakery, but definitely was happy with the location as we were apart from the busy city especially in the evening. Big garden with playground and sunbeds, special place for a bbq with nice benches and table now the cons: The bed was extremely squeaking, dark in the evening as there are just a few street lights turned on, busy road to pass through. Often the water pressure is very low. And as almost everywhere in Greece - poor Wi-fi signal.

Comfy place, close to old city center
Reviewed By BeogradIgor_SAugust 2017, apartment 3, first floor I really had a spot of good luck to be able to snatch this apartment on such short notice. The place is hidden away from daily hustle and bustle and yet very close to the beach, old town center and shops. Our apartment was comfy and clean, the kitchenette was brand new, AC worked well and the owners were very nice and relaxed people. The only drawback is that a local church rings the bells at 7 AM, but I found that to be very handy. It told it was time to slowly get up, get a cup of coffee and mosey over to the beach... :-) Being so close to it, there was always an option to hop back to the apartment for a nap during the midday heat wave. ;-) Very good value for money.
