Reviewed By surendckThe family suite we took was nice clean and cosy with a veranda for barbecue . The setting is like a fairy land where kids will enjoy . Ideal for family gathering . We stocked up food everyday and cooked as restaurant was below standard . A Great value for money place if you enjoy outback camping kind of experience with comfortable heated place for stay. Snow experience was lovely . 7 mins to Phoenix Olympic ski resort by car . Staff was always very helpful . Will return again .

Reviewed By B8242FCkeithsThe accommodation was average, bed was hard as a rock. Snow fields were great, accommodation close to ski rentals, resturants. View from room was amazing. Staff were friendly. Bring your own bath towels. Hotel does not supply. Overall I would stay here. Good value for money for families.

Reviewed By melinayoonglihBed - was very small for double bathroom - very tiny towels - more like hand towels - apparently korean culture not to have long big towels breakfast - it was at the adjoining Thai restaurant , food served was limited and same daily. when asked for milk to go with the tea/ coffee - was told to pay for it and was not happy to serve or give an extra spoon. Miserable servers. Closed at 9am for breakfast and we missed it the first day as this was not told when checking in.

Reviewed By Vicky SWe stayed at Secret Pension for the Winter Olympics and I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful place. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating - taking us to and from the station at anytime of the day to enable us to attend the events. Each night we were greeted with snacks and drinks - they are just so generous. They are quite possibly the most generous, warm and accommodating hosts!

Reviewed By jaewanpark위치는 휘닉스파크와 가깝고, 복층 독채형으로 되어있다. 연휴 성수기에 세가족(성인 6명, 아이 3명)이 지낼 숙소를 찾다가 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 묶게되었는데, 가격대비 좋은 곳이라 생각된다. 1개의 침대방과 2층엔 찜질방 느낌의 온돌방으로 되어있고, 마당에선 바베큐를 해먹을수 있다. 시설이 좀 오래되었지만 2가족정도 묶기엔 가격대비 실속있는 숙소인거 같다

Reviewed By silangel1I spent two weeks in this Condominium. It is very close to the ski area, there are many apartments. My flat was not clean, but after few days it became better, because the housekeeping came every day. I got fresh clean towels and soap every day. The resaturant was nice, and the staff was more than nice.

Nice room with high ceiling and spacious layout
Reviewed By Richard LMy family of 4 (including 2 teenager) stayed at this hotel for our December skiing trip in Pyeongchang-gun. The hotel rooms were excellent and with a built-in kitchenette. Hotel staff were really hospitable despite their lack of spoken English. Downside is no food available but you can always buy a nearby convenience store and heat it up wit micro oven. Laundry facility is available and especially needed for washing soiled clothing’s from the ski trips. However transport to hotel is not so convenient. We took a shuttle to the Pheonix park resort from the train station but waking with heavy luggage for the 1km is quite a challenge. For the return trip we decided to take a taxi instead of walking. Back to Pheonix park resort but since we had 4 luggage, we needed to boom two taxis as they do not have enough luggage space for 4 in the boot. Other than this, Wen had a splendid stay at the Storey Residence.

Dismal. Extraordinarily expensed for woeful facilities
Reviewed By Jonathan SWe stayed during the Winter Games, which is why I assume it cost so much - something in the region of US$350pppn FOR A HOSTEL!! Rooms were a throwback to school trips as a teenager. Two flimsy beds in a bare room with a kitchen as basic as I've seen. Bathroom like something from the 1920s (but with a heated floor). No communal facilities, nowhere to relax at the end of the day - other than the bedroom. Oh, and they "forgot" to turn on the heating one evening... when it was -19c outside. In fact it was so cold the whole time we were there, we didn't see any of the resort - just the driveway and our bedsits. Scenery was sensational though, and if visiting at another time of year, with prices slashed 90%, it'd be great. Good restaurant at the bottom of the drive too.
