The free breakfast is not worth it
Reviewed By val0929travelerchefI visit Puebla every year and I like to try different hotels. This time I choose Misión Angelópolis. Now, I regret that. The Hotel by itself is very basic, but that wasn't the problem. The room is small and badly distributed - the bathroom is as big as the bedroom. The first night I washed my hands and the hand towel was dirty and with stains. I complained about it next day and they told me they will check it out. They never left another hand towel because they did not have any more! I stayed for 5 nights. Only the first day they left amenities and water after that we had to ask at reception for more! On the 4th night I was planning to leave my room around 1 pm and they kept knocking to clean the room. I mentioned I was going to leave at 1 pm they went three times asking if they could clean the room until I had to put a do not disturb sign. The last night they never even cleaned the room even though I put the "Please clean the room" sign. Summarizing the food was meh, terrible cleaning service, not very good location, basic room. The restrooms next to the restaurant very dirty and I forgot to mention very noisy, someone was singing around 8 am and people running on the hall I do not recommend this hotel and of course I would never come back.

Reviewed By dralexanderm2018English review: This location at first (day time) looks the right one, but at night time it’s a very dangerous location, also severely noisy, 2 night clubs nearby are opened until 3:30 am, it’s basically impossible to sleep here. Do not mistake renting here. Español: Este edificio y su ubicación pareciera buena a primera vista (durante el día) pero por la noche es una zona muy peligrosa, es de hecho “zona roja” venta de drogas, prostitutas, hay 2 antros (clubes) a escasos 20 metros que están abiertos hasta las 3:30 am, es imposible dormir aquí del ruido y volumen abusivo de estos antros. No cometa el error que nosotros hicimos, no se quede aquí.

Excelente lugar, ubicación y trato
Reviewed By jazmin pEl apartamento que me asignaron para 8 personas estaba en perfectas condiciones, con todos los servicios, cocina frigobar horno de microondas y lavadero, sala comedor, su decoración muy acogedora. Y las camas muy limpias y en buen estado, además de una muy buena ubicación a solo unas calles del centro sin necesidad de transitar en coche por el centro. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. El trato del personal de lo mejor.el único detalle es que el estacionamiento es pequeño y resulta complicado maniobrar.

Reviewed By MarianaLenoEl lugar es súper acogedor y no está lejos de las principales atracciones de Chignahuapan como es el centro o la Iglesia del Honguito, en realidad es fácil ir y venir. El personal es muy atento, tiene todos los servicios y cada cabaña tiene su encanto. Recomiendo llevar ropa extra pues hace mucho frío y reservar con anticipación pues en fechas navideñas o conmemorativas del pueblo reciben muchísimos turistas (camiones enteros). Lo único que yo mejoraría es la luz en la planta de abajo (está muy oscuro y con el frío se siente peor) y el servicio de WiFI. Fuera de eso es el lugar ideal para pasar un fin de semana hermoso!
