Reviewed By Judith WLooking for a hotel for one night while visiting Lanciano, I searched for free parking, WiFi, breakfast,and handicapped accessibility. That narrowed the list. The reviews on Residence Eden sold me. Wonderful choice. Friendly and efficient service, immaculate room, spacious and comfortable. The glass doors to the back patio led us out to a totally private grassy lawn adjacent to an olive grove. They brothers who own the place are incredible gardeners. There is a large adjoining restaurant with a large menu we had our favorite pasta carbonara and the best pizza we’ve had this trip. Re the criticisms... our bed was certainly comfortable, the breakfast was NOT a full English breakfast but WE ARE IN ITALY! There was prosciutto, ham, cheese, and many choices of yoghurt,juices, and delicious pastries. We will definitely return, next time with grandchildren, as this place is quite suited for families.

Reviewed By MekomyGood, clean, modern room with a balcony. Good Italian breakfast with homemade cakes. Nice owners. Location was great for us as we needed parking for a van and yet very close to the centre of the town and to all restaurants and shops. Definitely recommended.

Reviewed By Ntono VVillino liberty ristrutturato con gusto, stanze immacolate, parcheggio riservato, proprietari gentilissimi. Unico neo l'illuminazione a striscia di led lungo tutta la spalliera del letto andrebbe resa modulabile, altrimenti abbaglia, sarebbe ancora meglio una lampada per lato.

Reviewed By 848h_l_nevThis place is incredible! It's truly a place where you can come to rest alone or with family. The Italian ambiance is fantastic. If you want you can join dinner in the evening for a small price, it is just perfect. The owner Domenico is just a wonderfully host who wants to help all he can. A lot of attention is paid to details of the origine of the B&B, local speciality's, etc. There is a small shop where you can buy typical delicious products made by himself and family. There is a garden where they use the fresh vegetables/fruits for dinner or dessert. Nearby you have breathtaking nature, the beach and a nice city Vasto. I already went two times and want to go again for many years. Thank you again Domenico!

Orrendo da evitare assolutamente
Reviewed By Big-Bull-86Ho soggiornato dal 08/08/2020 al 15/08/2020 orrendo e sporco in tutti i sensi, dalla spazzatura all’esterno a montagna e puzzava. Senza Wi-Fi per detto dei gestori non tanto cordiali che si era rotta per il maltempo se dovevi fare una chiamata dovevi andare in strada visto che i telefoni non prendevano. Bagno piccolissimo la pressione dell’acqua ridicola e bassa sembrava quella dei presepi, parcheggio dell’auto uno vicino all’altra che non potevi nemmeno aprire gli sportelli. Spiaggia sporca e mal gestita il che una signora è caduta pure facendosi male. Male male male....
