Nice and calm hotel in Platanias
Reviewed By ghh1629Traveling as a couple with a small child (2yrs). This hotel was very convenient, it was easy to walk down to breakfast/dinner and the swimming pool as well. We loved the animation team which made our stay with our son so much fun, we attended the aqua gym, kids club and mini disco with him and he enjoyed it very much! The reason we don't give it 5 stars is because the dinner was not so good quality compared to greek food we tried in other restaurants - perhaps something to consider it felt a bit off. We highly recommend making use of the hotel across the street, for the spa and access to the beach, its also included as its part of the same chain. Rented a car and got parking next to the hotel - all in all highly recommended! Ps. If you ask for taxi in the lobby, we highly recommend Mario the taxi driver!

The Reception is open daily 12 hours. There is Wireless Internet in the Reception area and the apartments , a free Scandinavian library as well as the possibility of renting a car/ bicycle, information and excursions in the area.

Reviewed By dawnwibcoxWe booked for June 2020, couldn’t visit due to pandemic. We we’re told by Anna we could re book prior to September 2022. Rebooked for June 2021, couldn’t go due to pandemic! I have phoned and emailed daily for about 2 months. I have not been answered. And so have no idea if this place is still open or if my voucher still stands. I feel so disappointed that Anna had not answered me and assume my money is now lost to them. Has anyone visited? Can you advise me how to contact them as their advertised email address and phone number go unanswered. Any help greatly received.

I have taken clients here for almost 10 years now, and they keep coming back again and again. This is much to do with the host Maria, but also the atmosphere and the cozy garden and not to forget the closeness to the beach, public pool, and the center of Platanias. The place does not offer a breakfast buffet but offers a range of breakfasts at the restaurant right next door, which is really good value for money! Airport transfer is also offered to book for guests. I really recommend this place, both as a private person and as a travel agency!

The complex is just 30 meters from the long sandy beach, so you wake up and you dive in crystal blue waters. The apartments are very nice designed, a Cretan-based traditional architecture with contemporary style, well combined. Fully equipped. From the separate bedrooms till the kitchenette where you can prepare a lovely breakfast or a lunch to enjoy it in your private full of green balcony. The trees, the swimming pool, the lovely Frog snack bar, the mini library to get a book, are all at your feet. With all safety precautions. Above all, the people: the gentleman landlord and owner Constantinos with his personal care (and a PhD in Philosophy and History of Arts), the "vivid" Mary to prepare anything you want to eat and drink in the "Frog snack bar" with authentic cretan products, the "mama" Vaso who takes care of rooms. All these taking place in such a beautiful environment, with piece of mind in an cosmpopolitan sense, where time has stopped. A mini paradise for reuvanation. Our family's best vacations! Vaggelis, Vicky, Erietta, Greta.

Reviewed By reimametAbsolutely great place to stay in Platanias! Our room (nro 3) had great views, had a nice modern bathroom (shower with glassdoor) and a good a/c. Wifi was excellent, staff were super nice and the pool area was calm and clean. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. I like to swim in the ocean and my wife prefers the pool so the location at the beach was perfect. Platanias center square is short walk away - location is great in that aspect too. Overall super happy with this hotel and we wish all the best for it!

A Fantastic Host (And awesome room)
Reviewed By Kb2207Kosta greeted us when we drove up his driveway and gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to our room. The room was very warm and homely, although this would have a lot to do with the warm brought on by Kosta. He gave plenty of recommendations and treated us like family. Some complimentary Tsikouthia and wine in the fridge which was delicious. The location is perfect, great nightlife around and close to buses. Also, if you have a car there is ample parking. What a great place and better host! Μπράβο Κώστα τα λέμε τον επόμενο χρόνο!
