Okay 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel
Reviewed By roeshanThis place is definitely not a 4-star establishment by any measure. First impression was bad as I arrived about an hour before check in. Receptionist was outside having a smoke break and couldn't be bothered to come in as I arrived. I sat there waiting in the dark lobby. Not very friendly and certainly not professional. Most times coming in and out of the hotel receptionist was laying down on the sofa in the dark behind the receptionist desk wearing sweat pants every day. I hope there's a good reason for this, but without an explanation it just was really bad. My room was tiny, on the upper floor of the right wing. Carpet was badly soiled so I felt as thought I should wear shoes in the room. At least they provide slippers. But oddly other things missing. No tissue. Very skimpy on the toilet paper that I ended up going to the grocery store and buying my own. No in room safe. The refrigerator in the room was useless because the plug would not fit in the room's own outlet! The fridge was therefore off when I arrived, and no way for me to work it because the plug doesn't fit into the fridge outlet. So dumb. Bed was comfortable, but the overhead skylights have tissue thin shades that let every bit of light in. So I did not sleep well. Noise insulation is not great. I could hear quiet conversation from the room next door and lots of slamming doors from below. Bathroom was nice. Good shower. Nice and clean. Breakfast was in the restaurant across the street. It was fine. I give this hotel an average rating (3) instead of poor (2) because I acknowledge some service might be affected by the attack on Ukraine and the hotel did seem possibly abnormally full.

It’s cheaper than a hotel, the rooms are much bigger, they have internet, fully furnished and everything you need in a kitchen. As a plus 24x7 reception, private parking in closed by automatic gates Ok, the old block of flats are not modern, but who cares. For us is ok.

Reviewed By giacomoPGIn questa struttura ci sono diversi appartamenti, è posizionata sulla strada principale, molto vicina al centro. Quello dove ho soggiornato era molto carino e dotato di tutto il necessario, compresa la cucina. Il proprietario è veramente gentile e disponibile, parla benissimo inglese e ci ha aiutato ad organizzare il soggiorno a Chisinau.

Situati in un moderno e bel complesso residenziale vicino al più bel Centro Commerciale della città, il Malldova. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e ben attrezzati con wifi perfettamente funzionante. Al piano strada del complesso c'e' il supermercato più grande del noto marchio N1. All'interno ha tutti i reparti necessari: casa, tessuti, cura della persona, sport, alimentari, ampia gastronomia, pasticceria, enoteca. È aperto fino alle 22. Quindi davvero perfetto. Inoltre, sempre al piano strada: Farmacia, Ristoranti, Bar, Ufficio Cambio, Fermata Taxi e Bus. A circa un km dal centro vi si arriva in pochi minuti. Costo davvero contenuto e sistemazione molto più comoda e "libera" dell'hotel. Da prendere in considerazione

Reviewed By SidCVВсе неплохо. В целом. Квартирка красивая, вайфай шустрый, минус - нет балкона нормального. И нет шторки в душе, когда моешься то вода попадает на пол и потом там лужа. Кухонька понравилась. Все чисто убрано и постирано. Цена правда немного кусается.
