beautiful place/dirty rooms
Reviewed By katrelaumeI've spent a few days in this beautiful place surrounded by forest and harbour. It's perfect if you want to relax and enjoy being by the sea! However, a big disappointment was an awful cleaning service. Once I have arrived at the room, the shower was clogged. I am wondering if it has been cleaned at all because the cleaner must have noticed a totally clogged shower. The shower, in general, was dirty, the tiles had brown dirt buildup, and you could see the mould in the corners. Throughout the stay, the cleaning was very poor.

Reviewed By VaidushisLocation was just perfect for our stay - 6 adults and our 3-year-old. We booked it for 7 people and there were enough space and beds to sleep; however, it's mainly for 5 people really. The place was clean and tidy, bathroom - spotless and they could easily get 10 out of 10 if more attention was paid to small, but important things like enough coffee cups for all guest and ideally - not from 3 random sets, kitchen paper towels were not there and the carpet could do with a bit of cleaning.

Very centrally located, comfortable accomodation
Reviewed By Joerg SThe accommodation is very centrally located, just two minutes away from the central Theatre Square with its restaurants and bars. An affordable car park is located across the main Pilies street. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room was terrific, featured all you could wish for and even a fridge and small cooking corner.

Dramatically overrated
Reviewed By Mirek21We decided to stay in Gerda because it has over 9 rating on Booking. The location is indeed very good but apart from that I must say it is dramatically overrated. Internet was hardly working. There was no soap neither shampoo available. In the evening hot water ran out after a short shower. In the morning there was no hot water at all. No curtains in windows so sun woke us up 5 AM in the morning... If the price was half of that we paid I would say it was decent. Unfortunately it was not. So I say - stay away.

Reviewed By aivaraszvinklysGreat location, clean and specious rooms, clean bathrooms, 5 minutes walk to the pier and centre of the city, 15 minutes walk to the beach, owner and staff showed all the attention and when ever we needed. Close to Golden dunes. Reasonable price. Wonderful place to stay.

Reviewed By Виталий СЗабронировали номер, но задержались в дороге из Вильнюса и хозяйка предложила нам замену. Обид никаких не было: в сезон все разбирается как горячие пирожки. Номер на втором этаже со своим балконом, с которого открывается вид на улицу. Улица тихая, спать можно с открытым окном. Телевизор даже не включали - не за этим приехали. Если нужна деловая поездка - в гостинице есть номер с комнатой, пригодной для переговоров. И пусть вас не пугает пушка, направленная на ворота - это для красоты! :) К клиентам отношение дружелюбное!

Прекрасный тихий гостевой дом
Reviewed By skripets2014Мини-отель в Паланге. Недалеко от пляжа. Хороший двор, очень удобно отдыхать с маленькими детьми. Прекрасный хозяин, всегда готов помочь. До супермаркетов, рынка и центра далековато, без велосипедов или машины тяжело.
