Awful customer service
Reviewed By traceyanne2019This hotel is an absolute joke,we have reservations for a wedding but the wedding was cancelled this hotel still charged us for the stay on one room and would not reason with us, I think given the reason the wedding was cancelled was Covid 19 they would show a little sympathy but no money hungry horrible people do not book with these as they will deduct your room charge immediately and rip you off...

Excellent service at Garden Hill apartment
Reviewed By hoi964It was quiet, clean and accessible. Near to eateries and attractions. Kitchen was well equipped, you can make breakfast or a meal. Mindagaus is very helpful, helped us to check in and replied promptly to our enquiries. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Best value for such price
Reviewed By Mindaugas JI had an issue with bathroom boiler. Apparently, if you want to take a bath, you must put on hot water first and wait until it finishes (about half way full). After hot water is finished, you'll only get cold water in the bathroom, but if you mix it with hot, you'll get a full bath of warm water :) This is amazing place location wise and all things consider it's not expensive. For the same price you'll get much smaller room in any hotel.

Reviewed By 591beatzUnser Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern war viel grösser, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte, und verfügte über modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtete hohe Räume (inkl. Küche, Badzimmer und Waschmaschine) und war sehr sauber. Aufgrund der Hitze hätten wir AC geschätzt, zumal uns bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen in unserem Erdgeschoss-Apartment heikel schien. Zudem muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man für eine Stadtbesichtigung aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ein Auto braucht. Das war für uns kein Problem. Insgesamt scheint uns das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis top.

Στα συν, ο ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός ιδιοκτήτης, αλλά και η όμορφη πίσω αυλή με τις στρουμπουλές και χαδιάρες γατούλες του γείτονα. Αν ξαναπάμε στην Vilnius, σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε!

Reviewed By milasimaУсловия отличные, хозяева радушные, делают все для комфорта и отличного отдыха. В номерах есть все- чай, кофе, чайник, сахар, фен и т. д. Особенно уютны двухместные номера на втором этаже с видом на озеро. Рядом автобусная станция. Далековато от замка, на в Тракае нет единого центра. Прекрасный грузинский ресторан "Арго " находится недалеко.

Beautiful apartment in a central location
Reviewed By PinkMy husband and I stayed for 3 nights for a bargain price in the Art House wing, studio 6. This is a large studio with a separate bathroom in the hallway, which we were a little dubious about as we are fiercely private, clean people and dislike shared facilities but we need not have worried at all. The lovely Giedrius met us at the gates, checked us in, took payment & gave us lots of information about the old the old town on arrival. The studio itself was beautiful - full of old antiques, pretty details & pointers to it's previous role as an art gallery. The whole room is surrounded by large windows overlooking the quiet garden & courtyard and a view of the cathedral tower in one direction. The heating was on and never because too warm or too cool. There is also air conditioning, use of lovely snuggly chenille gowns and slippers too to make you feel very much at home here. Not a single sound can be heard from the street and surrounding areas thanks to its internal location and we slept really well in the lovely big bed. It definitely felt like a home from home here. The Lidl on the main Street 10 mins walk away ensured we had breakfast all sorted each morning and the cooking facilities and utensils on offer were perfect. As previously mentioned, the bathroom is in the corridor outside the studio which is only a problem at night as it is rather chilly & it does involve leaving your room but it's fine for a few nights. Note that is very narrow so bear this in mind if you need privacy to apply body lotion etc and don't want to go back to the room to do such things as there's absolutely no room for manoeuvre once you're out if the shower. For the right price we'd definitely return to Vilnius and the beautiful Satva apartments.

Reviewed By UmcinnesRecently had a 1 week stay at the Stepono apartments. Although the apartment itself was acceptable I encountered a number of problems. I arrived tired 30 minutes before the 2.00pm check in time, they would not allow me access to my apartment even though it was empty and available. The refrigerator was not working properly, reported this to the staff but nothing was done. The apartments are situated over a bar and busy street. Lots of noise right up until midnight and later. In a good location, walking distance to the market, bus and train stations but I can't say anything else positive.

Reviewed By Syla12Exceeded our expectations completely! Two bedroom apartment for us. Big living room and kitchen annex. Very quiet during the night. So close to city centre and all nearby restaurants. The only downfall was the shower door closing when you tried to get out and a hint of sewage smell in the bathroom, but I guess it could be the fault of the irrigation system. Definitely recommend! 5*

Reviewed By Konstantinos PThe room was beautiful, clean and taken care of. The bathroom was clean too. The location is very convenient, 15 minute walk to the center through nice neighborhoods, but there's also a bus station right outside. Nice hosts too. Recommended.
