We booked this tour 45 minutes prior to when we wanted to leave, Mago showed up, great spirit & attitude. This tour is awesome, get to see great sights & places you wouldn’t go unless you were experienced with area or local. Mago is super-friendly, very knowledgeable (has done his research) & is passionate about the area. I would suggest using Mago for all tours of the Riviera.

I've thought about this review for a long time since our tour was back in February. Having been on multiple tours of this nature I feel comfortable giving a review of my experience. The tour itself was nothing special and actually a bit discombobulated. In the beginning, there was a lot of confusion and uncertainty as to what was going to happen due to two different tours taking place at the same time. After that was straightened out and we got underway. The tour guide was able and provided an adequate effort in providing information while also keeping us engaged. I did however feel he could have been more engaging and informative. On a separate note, we had a misunderstanding that resulted in us having to take a taxi to the meeting place that cost us 20 euros from the cruise ship. After getting there we spoke with the owner Helene who assured us that they would reimburse us that cost due to the mix-up. Long story short, that didn't happen and we only received a partial refund.

we visited only one Rass winery, and in the review it was announced that we would visit 3 wineries. I do not like this. It made a bad impression on me that when we arrived at the Rass winery we were greeted with the finding that they had already closed for tourists today, but as a compromise they would take the trouble to open for us. The winery was not typical of Provence. There are also better wineries in the area, I expected more ...
