Reviewed By O5217WTnathanrMyself and my partner came down a week or so ago to have a little nose around caravans, with just the idea of owning a caravan. On this day, Declan popped out to check if we were OK, and if he could help in anyway? We were unsure where to start and if it was something we actually wanted to do. Without pressure or being pushy, Declan got a few keys and let us have a look around some caravans. We felt that this was a friendly approach as nothing was pushy, and he answered a lot of questions we had. After looking around, we then left with Declans number if we needed any further assistance. We spent a few days looking into a bit more details around owning a caravan, and subletting it out. We spoke to someone online and they then put us back in touch with Declan. We came down, and viewed a few caravans. And again, Declan was not pushy at all. He was very approachable and understanding of the questions we had. He then took the time to show us around the park, and went into great detail of the park and what to expect. He even went the extra mile to use his own car to take us to some sites for our potential caravan. And although we had asked for a discount (which we are grateful for, thank you) he tried every effort to help us. Although we were unsure, as you can imagine it's a huge commitment financially. Declan wasn't pushy, and he has been there to support at any time of the day. He is very friendly, supportive and has a great customer focus on what the customer needs and wants rather than being pushy into getting a sale.

Perfect trip from beginning to end
Reviewed By clairelg2386Just returned from our second trip to Ogwen Bank and had a fantastic time. We stayed in The Snowdon Spa Lodge with hot tub towards the bottom of the park on the river side. The lodge itself was immaculate, modern and well equipped. Plenty of space for a family of 4 but could easily be enough space for up to 6. The hot tub was a fantastic addition which the kids loved. It was also checked and treated every day by Ogwen staff. The walks around the area are beautiful across the river and you can’t get much closer to zip world which was perfect for our planned visit. Perfect getaway, we will return again and would recommend to others.

Great Family Break!

The staff were very friendly, the facilties were good and the kids entertainer Luke was fab! The kids really enjoyed their stay and were gutted to be leaving! We normally stay at Haven or Park Dean so in comparison this site is very traditional and modest but in my opinion it was much better than the big sites! Will definitely be staying again!

Pods @ Broadway are 10 glamping pods set in the heart of the West Wales countryside near Laugharne. Each pod sleeps up to 4 people and are self contained and includes an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities. Each pod also have a decking area with seating and a bbq and 2 of our pods also have the added luxury of a private hot tub. Our pods are sold on a self catering basis however breakfast can be purchased for an additional cost from Broadway Country House which is onsite

Didnt have a hot tub but was still £130 a night which was not warranted. tiny bit of decking overlooked by everyone else (9 pods) and quite a bit of noise from other pods close by. Only one worth renting would be the one at the top of the site on the right hand side so you get sun all day, are a bit further from others and noone should walk past your area. Very nice food at main house. Good parking

A destination for adventurous visitors looking for somewhere luxurious to stay, our luxury safari lodges are situated on a spectacular, steep hillside overlooking the moorland, valleys and historic quarries of Blaenau Ffestiniog.
For camping, this is very glam indeed
Reviewed By 591ntNot going to repeat what other reviews have already mentioned, but staff were super nice, it's more of a cabin than a tent as it has everything you could possibly need. We had a lovely time and that's because they genuinely have thought about everything you could need for a stay. The location is great, can't get bored really as there are so many activities nearby.

Reviewed By mqaq1233I recently stayed at Adventure Parc Snowdonia on a 2 day team building event organised for my senior management team. The hotel is first class, the rooms are very well appointed and the service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend it for similar team building events.

Reviewed By davidbT3389FANice size rooms but why not even one chair!! Second visit still nothing to sit on except the bed. Otherwise fairly clean and pleasant warm room. Showers been good but this time 20 seconds in ran cold. This is not acceptable

We are an ideal location from which to explore the valleys, The Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend and Porthcawl and 18 miles from Cardiff and all its events.

Reviewed By rubyriggs1Our first visit to wales and what a welcome we received! On arrival we was met by Eira who highlighted to us the up to date covid procedures and the nearest takeaways! Eira was really helpful and friendly and had lots of extra items available, great if you forget anything like we did ?! Eira was flexible with regards to us arriving early on check in, which was fantastic after a long drive. The showers and facilities on site were clean and there was a washing up station and washing machine accessible for a small fee. All of the facilities were pin coded which was great for a sense of security whilst staying on the site. The pitches where a great size plenty of room for our tent and windbreakers. The site is close to local attractions and destinations including Brecon Beacons and Barry island to name a few. We are so pleased we chose this campsite and we can’t wait to return again next year! ????? Liam&Ruby

Then we don,t expect a Butlins sing a long we are met by the most awful security guard, he has the most obnoxious, rude man i,ve ever met but the people that own this caravan, thanks xx
