We possess 8 bungalows, two in the secong floor and they are the smartest. All bungalows comes with satellite TV, ventilator, warm water and fridge bar. Private nice bathroom and overall area is fresh and wide enough. Likewise, all have a terrace with view to the garden, with a hammock and a 'lazy' chair. gazebo 8 hammocks kitchen free wifi available

Reviewed By vsantosJust great!! We've visited Peru in April 2014 and to relax there is no better . Judith and Escoly were very helpfull and are both nice ladies. BoraBora is the best place in Los Organos you better believe it.

Reviewed By Jeanine TFirst we booked just two nights in the private room, than we stayed almost a week. Rooms, kitchen and the whole are are very clean. It is all very basic, but there is everything you need. Breakfast is basic, but good. 2 eggs, 3 breads, coffee & every day another big fruit juice. Beach is 3min walk, you sleep & wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The owner Joel is a nice person, he has built (& is still building) everything on his own! All you pay goes directly back into building his dream. We just can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing, overpriced, rundown
Reviewed By JCB2005Stayed in the casa principal for a week. The grounds and the accommodations are run down and absolutely not worth the price charged for staying here. The pool is dirty (visible growth and bacteria floating in the water). The buildings are made of triplay (plywood). The sheets don't fit the bed. The rooms are basic. The grounds are not maintained. The location is the only plus for this property. I have stayed in Mancora and Vichayito several times over the last 16 years and you can find way nicer accommodations for a much better value. I was disappointed and would only stay here again if the price were cut by 50% to accurately reflect what you are paying for. Its unfortunate that the owners don't care about their name and reputation. I do not recommend this property to anyone. It's way too expensive for what you are getting. You can stay in a proper, modern beach home with amenities and well maintained grounds and pool in a similar location for the same price or cheaper.

Reviewed By N76L81Pros: The communal areas were clean, the staff welcoming, the pool was nice, the room was clean with a good TV service and good warm water shower; and an excellent view from the balcony. Cons: The upper bunk for the bunk bed was far too high (or youngest slept in our bed), the WiFi was abysmal (but we were pre-warned), the table football was rusty and dangerous, cats wandering in the restaurant isn't hygienic. They had music blaring out by the poolside, which wasn't a problem in itself, but when there was rap music I didn't want to hear f* this and n* that particularly as I had children, I did ask them to change it, which they did but the same music was on the next day. Averages: The food was OK but nothing to shout from the rooftops about and a little overpriced (we ate out for two of the four nights); breakfast was basic, however it wasn't a problem asking for a bit more. Note in the Los Organos area on the whole prices seem to be higher than they would be compared to the rest of Peru.
