Just love this restaurant. It has a wonderful selection of food which includes gluten free food. I’ve been for breakfast which was totally delicious and affordable for the entire family to go. For coffee/tea and a treat Incredables have the best homemade scones in Northern Ireland. If you want your function held here speak to the staff. It’s a perfect place to transform from normal restaurant to fabulous function hall. Totally love this place.Charisse B, thank you so much for taking the time to review our social enterprise Café incredABLE. We are a small team and our staff work hard to provide a high standard of food and service to our customers as well as providing training opportunities in catering and hospitality for young people with autism and/or learning/intellectual difficulties. We are delighted that you have described our scones as “the best homemade scones in Northern Ireland” and will pass this feedback on to our staff and trainees. We regularly provide outside catering for events – from baby showers to birthdays and more recently, a wedding! I went today for lunch with my partner and I can honestly say this was one of the worst meals I have ever had! 1. Carrots and parsnips- wet mush, tasteless!2. Mash potatoes-grim!3. Roast potatoes-hard as stones!4. Sprouts- withered, hard, over cooked!5. Gravy awful!6. Turkey ok7. Ham hard on the edges, like rubber!8. Stuffing actually made me feel sick, I can’t explain how bad it actually was. The management need to get a grip, food like this should not be allowed to leave the kitchen! We are very sorry to hear about your experience within Cafe Alana. We take all customer feedback very seriously as we are always looking to improve our service and food selection. Most dishes reasonable. The wrap with chips was good. However. Oh dear. When your complaint that the base of the baked potato is as hard as the road is met with “you seem to have eaten it all” when there is slightly less than 1/2 of the skin of the spud looking at you, there is no point in continuing. You lost customers today. And ones that might easily have come back and encouraged other to do so.

I've visited Kitchen a few times over the last couple of months and usually with baby in tow. Staff are very helpful, rearranging furniture to make space for highchair and then storing buggy. They do a wee bowl of mash, veg, gravy etc for toddlers. Seems to be a very popular spot and understandably so! Highly recommend a visit.
