I met a friend for coffee, I ordered some brown toast and went to sit down, it arrived quickly when i bit into it is way like cardboard! I took it back to tell the barista she gave me a funny look. When she bought over the replacement toast she remarked that nobody else had a problem and maybe it had been left at the counter....laying the blame on me!! To be honest she works for a major chain blaming a customer is not good customer service and also it's not as though she was paying for it. Costa you really need to train your staff in customer service.

My sister took me to this excellent cafe for breakfast on a recent visit to the area and I was very impressed with the quality, quantity and price.A warm welcome and friendly atmosphere coupled with a full english made for a great start to the day.

Cheshunt has numerous cafes some average some not.The Beanstalk is great.Really friendly greeting and great breakfast options with lovely coffee. Very very clean ..you can walk in and order a sandwich or takeaway drink. Very competitive on the high street which is very pleasant. I use it twice a week.

The Mrs and I thought we'd try out the food here as its always busy every time we drive past. The food is pretty cheap compared to other places and all cooked fresh. We weren't disappoint with the portion size and the price. I would recommend eating here as the service is friendly and its cheap.

Visited for lunch and couldnât believe the range of the menu. It had everything from English breakfasts, jacket potatoes, pasta and all types of curries amongst lots of other things. I had a Mediterranean breakfast which was good value. The coffee was also good. Service was quick and attentive.

You must try this gem, hidden within Cheshunt Rugby Club. Check out the menu - the best, fresh ingredients beautifully presented. Clean and stylish surroundings. As well as the usual menu, there are often home cooked specials like freshly prepared soups and stews. Lovely salads and sandwiches and especially good for anyone trying to eat more healthily or follow a SW diet. Best full English in the area. Huge car park. Lovely outdoor seating area for the warmer months and sometimes a view of cricket or rugby matches for entertainment.

Been here about 6 times now but only for breakfast and boy it's never disappointed! Brought family and friends when there with us and there amazed as well! Excellent value for food coffee and toast! Lovely lady who runs it is always polite and her (hubby?) a great chef! Highly recommend Thank you

3 of us ate here Saturday morning! All being our 2nd time here! Yep was very busy inside but only waited a few minutes for a table to empty! We all had full English breakfast and they were delicious! Each with a coffee and toast! Place is lovely decorated and has a lovely vibe! Would recommend and weâll definitely be back

Wish I had come across this little cafe sooner! Great menu for breakfast and lunch. Food nicely presented too and friendly service. Only recommendation would be to offer more interesting drinks such as chocolate bar milkshakes like oreo or terryâs chocolate orange then it would be perfect for me! Will definitely return and also looking forward to visiting the Hoddesdon branch!
