Did my own travel to get from Tokyo to Hakuba (train, then bullet train, then bus) and decided it was all to hard with luggage so on the way back booked the Nagano Snow shuttle - Hakuba direct to Haneda airport. So much easier! Yes it is 6 hours but it's easy - door to door. Couple of stops on the way for food and toilet break then they drop you at the international terminal for your flight. Highly recommended!
