Moreover just around the hotel there are many nice pubs and restaurants. Just a little complain: more plugs in the rooms please!

All the rooms are neat and well furnished, are equipped with every comfort to allow a pleasant and informal stay.- is a stone’s throw from the motorway A26 and the railway station of Verbania- is in front of nature reserve of Fondotoce from which you can start to take long walks, jogging, or rent a bicycle …. all immersed in the green, with the chance to walk to the nearby beach- the Verbania’s dock just minutes away, where is possible to make excursions to the islands of the Borromeo Gulf and cross the lake to the Lombard shore.

Reviewed By bikerchick39The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were on a cycling trip and it had rained really hard all day and we arrived soaking wet. There was no hesitation about bringing our bikes inside, and they turned up the heating to enable us to dry our clothes and shoes overnight. The room was large, clean, comfortable and functional. There was toiletries and the shower worked well. There were 3'places to eat within 10 mins of walking. A great place to stay for the night.

Lovely but not suitable for very hot weather or heavy suitcases
Reviewed By NA1640On the positive: This is a very quaint, pet friendly hotel in a great lake front location and with friendly staff. Bathroom is clean and has everything you need including a bidet. The downside is that it does not have an elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or simply have difficulties lifting it due to injury, you will be very annoyed. Rooms have no AC, and the ceiling fan was loose and making too much noise, but at the time of travel, Italy was going through a heatwave and turning it off was not an option. Hotel is advertised as having free parking but in fact, it does not have its own parking facility. There is free and metered street parking, but you may need to circle around before you find a spot. Although it is a lake front property, if you want to take a dip in the lake, you need to walk at least 500 meters, so keep that in mind.

Reviewed By iris aThe place is awesone. We were in Sofia Loren room. Very creative, beautiful and nice. The room was lovely and conveniant. The breakfast was beautiful and tasty. It's on a coffer house and a kiosk but the place was still silent. Air conditioned, clean and the women who run it were nice.

Grazie! Posizione strategica. Camera elegante e pulita. Colazione di ogni ben di Dio su richiesta ma compresa nel prezzo della camera. E per concludere in bellezza, Ivan ci ha deliziato di un piccolo omaggio della casa.

Nice affordable quiet place
Reviewed By GuillaumeParisFRWe were looking for something affordable in peak vacation time. We found this hotel (they call it B&B). When you arrive, it seems a bit lost not in the best places. But actually it is quiet and it is 5min walking away from Verbania Intra. The beds we got were definitly top quality. But we were 3, room was for 5 so big enough, we slept windows open with not a single noise outside... Next morning, breakfast was average. Overall, not the sexiest place to stay but if you travel with low budget around this part of lake which is pretty expensive, then this is a pretty good place to stay in.

Terrible service by the (co-owner) or manager
Reviewed By Nick DGot here not on my choice but had a room booked unfortunately! As a person that works in hospitality: hotels, restaurant and bar I had and received the worst and rude service by the manager or co-owner. The attitude were unpleased and uncomfortable, I saw the manager during the breakfast time screaming to one of the guest simply because the cappuccino made by the guest was over floating from the cup (really)? You should please your guest not intimidate them!!!!!! The food is under priced and the breakfast is simply not up to the standards. I will never recommend to any of my guest and will never return here! Ps: you can be so much better if your attitude can change!

Colazione abbondante e di qualità con prodotti di marca. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ottimo punto di appoggio per escursioni al lago o montagna. Completamente soddisfatti, rapporto qualità/prezzo indiscutibilmente positivo. Complimenti al gestore.
