He personally talk to guest and take care of their needs.. Rooms and washroom are very clean.. he had arranged car for our family for tirumala trip in very reasonable price.. and for late check out also he haven't charge any extra amount.. rooms were very clean. budget friendly family hotel..it was very nice & pleasant stay.. Thank you for the service..

There is no restaurant inside. Food has to be taken outside or ordered from outside. The property is very near to the APSRTC bus station if you can bear with a Railway crossing which is mostly closed but has pedastrian access.

Staff is good, veg restaurant next door (under same management) which serves good veg food. Good to stay on your visit to Tirupati.

No cleaning, no service, no drinking water and nothing hearing of any complaint. Extra charge paid for every service by us. Manager behavior was very bad. Over all very bad experience of this hotel. I can't suggest anyone to book this hotel.

Reviewed By Arijit455The most horrific hotel rooms you would ever get here in this hotel. Rooms are small, untidy, cockroaches and insects on the floor and bathroom, bed sheet unclean and smelly. No mirror in the room, only one in the bathroom which is blurred. neither AC remote nor the TV remote was working. Only one house keeping staff and when asked him to clean the bed sheet, he took ages to come and do it. The hotel kitchen is another disaster, the plates are so untidy that you will feel to puke when they serve food in those. Booked this hotel through Oyo, never book this hotel.
