Reviewed By Ula KBardzo fajne miejsce, przemili właściciele, cisza i spokój. Mieliśmy problemy ze znalezieniem pensjonatu ale jeden telefon wystarczył i przyjechano po nas. Polecamy :) Very nice place, friendly owners, quiet. We had trouble finding a pension but one phone call was enough and came after us. We recommend :) Brak soków lub wody do śniadania. No juices or water for breakfast.

Couldn’t fulfill expectations
Reviewed By ellensB8985KN+ modern, clean pool, sauna, close to the beach (if you like this) + room was okay, we had a fine balcony, nice sea view + very nice bathroom - ‘private parking space’ Is mentioned on the website, but in fact, you have to block other guests or hope to not be blocked yourself. For this reason, you have to leave your key at the reception. - breakfast was a disaster. In a 4*-hotel, you expect decent coffee and orange juice. The coffee machine was brokken down, and they told us, we had to buy our coffee at the bar. - Sutomore is not really the most quiet place on earth. You hear a lot of noise from the disco and other events. The rooms are barely insulated. - The curtains are of poor quality. It’s enough to keep the heat out of your room, but at night, the room is always lighted up.

Hotel LoveLive is a just finished hotel located just on a nicest spot of Sutomore promenade.Hotel is not big,it is a a stone house on the first line of sea in the best part of Sutomore promenade.As we are not big hotel and don't have big number of employes,we offer privacy and a sense of comfort that can offer only a private hotel in little Mediterranean town....LoveLive offer a 7 apartments and one bedroom .Apartments suits for four persons and bedroom for two guests.All apartments are big and comfortable with a directly sea view. Beside apartments hotel offers a private beach with a pool and a exclusive a la carte restaurant.Every apartment has :-bedroom and living room ,-in living room a sofa which pulls out ,-flat screen and cable tv,-wireless internet,-telephone ,-safe ,-parking spot .Also , to our guests hotel provide use of swimming pool, private beach and loungers and sunshades on the beach.Love someone !!!Live your love with someone!!!Come to Sutomore to Love your Life , to Live your Love...
Overrated and overpriced
Reviewed By Ulrike RThis place is totally overrated and overpriced: - Room wasn’t ready upon arrival in the evening - Air conditioning is not working properly - No air conditioning in the bedroom, only in the living room. With room temperature of 30 degrees it’s hard to sleep. We got a mobile air conditioning unit, which meant having to leave the window open. - Terrace doors don’t close so it wasn’t safe to leave valuables. - No proper check-in - Toilet paper holder broken - Manager offered to cancel stay but retracted a few minutes later saying the owner doesn’t want it (room was already pre-paid) Even though the team tried to make fixes, they didn’t address the concerns. The place could be very nice but it’s poorly managed and maintained, not worth 4 stars and not worth the money.

Nice hotel, but service should be better
Reviewed By StavidiusWe were in this hotel for a week during the summer 2018. The hotel is really nice and new, it has a pool and nice sitting aroud. It isn´t far from water, there is a plenty restaurants around but it isn´t in the "disco" part of the town. Ladies on recepcion were nice and helpful. So this was really good. But there are also some negatives - the breakfast and mainly the coffee is cheap for a 4* hotel. They also cleaned our room only when we asked for it and it wasn´t done really well (specially I would appreciate more care about the bathroom).

По ряду причин (цена, русскоговорящий персонал, условия проживания, возможность завтрака) выбор пал на несколько отелей, но забронировали именно Ядран. Нас заинтересовал номер "экстра-люкс", площадью 35 квадратных метров. По информации с "Библио-Глобуса" и с Букинга было понятно, что "отель расположен на главной магистрали, в непосредственной близости от магазинов, кафе, аптеки". Несколько раз до приезда, по указанным на сайтах телефонам связывались с русскоговорящей "сотрудницей" этого заведения, выясняя интересующие моменты. Милая, приятная в общении девушка подтверждала нашу бронь, заверяла, что нас с нетерпением ждут, при этом несколько раз извиняясь, прерывала разговор, ссылаясь на то, что приехали очередные гости, требующие внимания (!!! Забывая,между прочим, что звонок международный). За день до назначенной даты мы подтвердили приезд, сообщив, что будем в Сутаморе около 10 утра. Удивление началось после того, как везущий нас из аэропорта таксист сказал, что не знает такого заведения, и, попросив номер ресепшена, сам связался с сотрудниками, выясняя как до них добраться. Дальше-больше! Выяснилось, что фотография отеля на Букинге не полностью соответствует действительности! Заснятый рядом со входом в гостиницу ресторанчик, в котором "гости могут насладиться трапезой", на самом деле оказался магазином, со всеми вытекающими последствиями! Перед входом - мусор, грязь... На ресепшене нас встретила очень "колоритная", неопрятная служащая, которая сделала удивлённое лицо, после предъявления распечатанного листа бронирования и заявила, что первый раз слышит о том, что кто-то с такой фамилией должен сегодня въезжать. Выяснилось, что на русском языке никто из персонала не говорит, завтраки в отеле не предусмотрены, а по поводу стоимости номера нужно будет договариваться с хозяином гостиницы позже. На вопрос есть ли в отеле свободные комнаты, последовал положительный ответ, но на просьбу показать варианты, под разными предлогами долго не соглашалась. Наша настойчивость победила! Открытые номера выглядели достаточно убого и негостеприимно. В ванных комнатах были проблемы: где-то протекали краны, трубы, где-то сломано (и, похоже, давно) зеркало и расколота полочка под ним. А о заявленном наличии фена сотрудница отеля даже не слышала! (Кстати, сразу хочу опровергнуть информацию о "тихом месте". В рекламной фразе "отель расположен на главной магистрали, в непосредственной близости от магазинов, кафе, аптеки", ключевым является "главная магистраль". Поток машин достаточно плотный.) На вопрос, когда можно будет въехать и поговорить с хозяином, служащая ответила, чтобы мы приходили к 13 часам, а лучше - к 15!!! Вот вам и "ускоренная регистрация заезда". Что бы Вы сделали на нашем месте? Правильно!!! Так как городок пестрит сообщениями о сдаче комнат, апартаментов, вилл и квартир, уже через 30 минут мы распаковывали чемоданы в великолепнейшем домике-гостинице!!! Хочу выразить огромную признательность владельцу Hotel Jadran Sutomore за то, что благодаря нерасторопности его лично и его служащих, мы прекрасно провели отпуск, замечательно отдохнули и успели влюбиться в Черногорию!!!

Reviewed By sarem_55Went here couple of days ago. The location is great it has many shops around the hotel and everything is very close. Also it has private beach 2 minutes from it. The room was okay for the money value, even though the rooms can be a little bit cleaner and they definitelly need some renovation since it's an old apartment. It was not a bad experience staff is very polite and they took good care of us. This place has 3 sections and I was in the 2nd one which was okay but if you prefer something "more" and nicer then I think you should take private houses just close to the main apartment.
