Perfect for an overnight before a flight
Reviewed By Leo55The hotel is a few minutes from the airport (there are very few flights and noise is not an issue). It is set in the countryside with rice fields and 'dinosaurs' surrounding you. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and our room was large and very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk to Sukhothai Heritage Resort where meals are served and the evening meal we had there was very good. An excellent choice for an overnight before a flight although too far away from Sukhothai to consider staying here for longer than that.

20 rooms both single and double rooms. Located near the Sukhothai Historical Park (old town) 1 km with a free wifi with a pool and parking clients include concierge services. And a security guard at night, 24 hours a day.

Reviewed By MasalaBoxthis place is bigger than what is shown in the pictures. the room is big and clean. It is close to the park, they help you get a motorcycle. The breakfast option is good. They were kind to make an early breakfast and helped us even with booking bus tickets. extremely sweet both the sisters. Very kind and hospitable. Right opposite is a dinner place. and walkable from there you can find super markets. highly recommended to stay

Clean, Comfortable, Colourful
Reviewed By peekaboo19Very handy location, across the road from the bus station in new town Sukhothai. Staff very friendly and always someone at reception. Had a nice breakfast here once. They do bike rentals and help with tours. Nice little common area outside. Super colourful building with lovely clean rooms. Private double Room was large with bathroom. Balcony, Tv, air con, towels included. Easy to get to old town to sukhothai national park by grabbing a songthaw to the new town for 30 baht across at bus station. A little restaurant type place on the corner that we ate at most evenings, excellent pad Thai for 40 thb. Would 100% stay here again, super comfortable, clean and secure.

Dining is accessible and great variety to choose from. I have been here for 2 months and planning to stay here for the remainder of my 6 month stay. They give you a price break coming from off season to in season for the long duration which is nice as well. Truly wonderful staff and very comfortable.

Nice family run bed and breakfast
Reviewed By PaulandSuStopped here for one night and had a great room with a four poster bed with all amenities and a big room. Nice welcome from the owner and staff. Has a swimming pool as well. The best bit for us was the large terrace on the first floor where you have a choice of breakfasts, and good views over the city. Only slight negative is if its busy car parking might be a problem on the premises. But would certainly stay here again when visiting Sukhothai.

Very good value hotel
Reviewed By rolandc921Hotel cost B350 a night walk in, slightly cheaper on Agoda etc. For the price it was excellent. All staff very friendly, reception did not close at 6 pm despite what all the booking sites said. Hotel within walking distance from the railway station, one train a day, arrives 17.45. Samlors available at the station. (B40) The room was basic but fine. Good new air-con also a fan. Wet bathroom and no toiletries except soap. No fridge, but a full ice bucket was provided free on check in. It served me very well for the evening. Window frosted over for no apparent reason. No lift. Car available to go to Sukhothai airport. There is a more expensive hotel nearby but they were unable to provided transport to the airport, hence my choice of this hotel. Cooked breakfast available in the restaurant B100, including juice and coffee. Hotel recommended for the price. Note: the picture on TA is of the reception area, not a room.

Parkering utanför huset, bra frukost. Ganska enkelt ställe med mycket hög mysfaktor, kanske inte passar de kräsnaste gästerna. Ägaren, familjen var otroligt gästvänliga och serviceminded !!!

Reviewed By sweetgreatzyRoom: I book via phone is cheaper than Agoda or Booking.com (650 baht including breakfast) The room is so sweet. I book for Standard Queen size bed and they gave us which city view. It’s noisy of car in the noon but at the night is ok. Toilet is good, hot water is hot enough. Air conditioner isn’t cool just fine. Location: There are many restaurants nearby but no convenient stores. In front of hotel is a good restaurant too. Here is not very close to Historical Park about 1 km Drive car takes 3 minutes but walk is about 15 minutes. You can find 7-11 convenient stores. Breakfast: Good, they said that if there are a lot of people , they will serve buffet but on the day I stay there are only 4-5 rooms , so they served by dish. Rice, fruit, coffee or milk. And on the day I got sick , they serve breakfast in room. Service: Service is the best! On the day I check out I got a sick and they gave me Late check out to 5 pm Thank you Staffs! ( and I ask them about to upgrade to Deluxe room . I have to pay 150 baht more)
