Reviewed By tonnotravelsStayed at the X2 Pattaya Oceansphere for 3 nights for a music event being hosted in the neighbourhood. We did not expect this level of service in terms of professionalism, speed and care. The layout of the property is interesting. There's the main building that hosts all the main communal functions such as check-in areas, a restaurant and a pool. I'm sure most guests wouldn't find this building that useful due to its limited function and mediocre pool. The main perks are basically all in your villas--but that is complemented by good service from the team of staff. We ordered in room dining and service was very quick and responsive. When we ordered food delivery from outside, the staff did not waste any time bringing what we ordered in almost immediately. Rooms were ofcourse cleaned very professionally. Ours was tastefully decorated. Given the majority of the villas were made of large windows, we thought oh there's a music festival goers staying with us everywhere in the property and I feared some of us may even disturb other guests with music blasting from the in-room speaker which was provided in every room. Turned out the soundproofing was so good the moment you shut your door, barely anything can be heard outside. Breakfast was better than expected but not in anyway outstanding. We loved the fact that there are made fresh menus that is not just eggs but extended all the way to select Thai favourites such as Padthai or even sausage burgers. Would definitely come back! Either with friend groups or families.

Reviewed By shar1501Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend, and I am so happy that we found this place. I will start from check-in the lobby where very nice, friendly and professional duty manager greeted us with a smile and handed over our room keys. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love the pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club, so we have great night out as well. I really like the fact that the owners thought of everything to please our stay! We tried room food service and it was delivered well within 20 mins to our room! so happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave! Definitely recommended!! must advice to meet the owner if he is around, kind of look alike of George Clooney!!

Reviewed By Craig BThis is one of the best places I have stayed at in all my travels around the world. Frankie, the boss man is the best owner of a building that I've ever met. The standard of his rooms are perfect. If you stay more than one week, the bed linen and towels are changed and the room is cleaned to a showroom condition. You will not meet a better owner than Frankie. His cute little dog Snowball is a great addition to this accommodation. It's like a home from home and I'm proud to say that this place does actually feel like a home from home but to a 5 star hotel standard. The beach is only 150m away and Frankie can help you with all and everything. What a fantastic place and the best service of anywhere I've ever stayed. Thank you Frankie and Snowball for a stay that I will never ever forget. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They give advice, book taxis, etc - couldn't hope for better. Close to lots of places to visit, although I did enjoy just chilling by the pool. Great price - would highly recommend.

Cool campervan !

But I believe that this newness resort can be more improve and develop in the next step. Because I booked VIP room type with the beach front and more privacy than other room. But the price was not valuable and more expensive (approx. 3,600 THB for 1 night) if we compared with regular hotel in term of facilities, such as, 1. no own resort car parking even they have some parking nearby but unavailable for us but it's for restaurant customers only. We need to use car parking on the roadside around resort. 2. Campervan room has vintage and old itself. So, it cause to many broken facilities inside, such as, flush toilet cannot flush, shower rain was slow running, and we found small cockroach in the bed area. But resort also have communal shower rooms and toilet outside for just in case. You cannot take shower inside the room. 3. No buffet and selection of breakfast just only boiled rice with pork and 1 glasses of orange juice. 4. Blanket was very light and small. I felt very cold at night. Sleep like a student camp. But if some of you want to enjoy camp staying feeling,party with friends or family. this resort camp is certainly recommended.
