Incredible and unexpected service
Reviewed By 565brigittecI eas forced to stay near Bangkok airport to undergo another Covid PCR test in a nearby hospital and I was sent to the Rafael Mansion Hotel to spend the night and to receive the test results, which were delayed by the Hospital and issued with erroneous personal details. The hotel manager personally contacted the hospital several times - and he even drove me to the International Airport himself - to make sure that I would not be delayed. I had already been overwhelmed by the excellent breakfast served in the delightful garden and the incredible personal care for my wellbeing. That hotel and its management dertainly deserves a five star rating for kindess and service!!!

A conventional resort with an outstanding service oriented staff
Reviewed By 555MedWe’d booked this cozy resort for a business trip, and we couldn’t enjoy their facilities. That said, the staff were very service oriented; I forget my shaving kit and phoned the reception requesting for one, but it wasn’t available. However, the receptionist made it happen by asking his colleagues on the way to the hotel to purchase one and had it delivered to my room just before the morning meeting. We highly recommend this resort for business and leisure travelers, and we won’t hesitate to stay with you again in the near future. Keep it up! ?

Искал отель недалеко от парка, чтобы сэкономить время. Итак, отель и номер чистые, кондей работал бесшумно, водонагреватель в душе нормальный, воду грел хорошо. Есть маленький балкончик для перекура. Доступ в отель только по магнитному брелку, круглосуточно. Рядом в пяти шагах Family Mart и банкомат, в 3-х минутах пешком огромный Tesco Lotus. До парка на такси минут 15. Еще горячо рекомендую вечером рядом поужинать в New Project Music&Restaraunt, спросите гугл о местоположении. Отменная тайская кухня под живую музыку местных групп. Небольшой минус отеля - вроде есть подобие кухни с раковиной, но ни чайника, ни приборов никаких. Думаю связано с тем, что изначально это были апартаменты под продажу.

Reviewed By LeighprendWe arrived late (00:15) after agreeing the arrival time of between 00:00 and 00:30 when we booked a double room over the phone. The booking was made by my wife who is Thai so there was no language barrier. However when we arrived we were told all the doubles were gone and we could have a twin room. However there was a double available at an extra charge. Really? So they sold our pre booked room and then tell us to pay more for a supposedly better double? I was shocked. A hotel with any decent sense of customer service would have upgraded us free to a ‘better’ double after they sold ours. And considering the time, how likely was it they would sell their remaining rooms any way? The woman owner got very grumpy with me when I insisted she should give us the ‘better room’ at the same price. When she conceded she virtually threw the key at us. Very unpleasant reception. However we would only be there 7 hours as we were leaving in a taxi to the airport at 0730. They kindly did organise the taxi for us for a charge of 200bhat which is not much but considering the taxi from the airport was only 77bhat I think we were being ripped off somewhat. The third problem was that when we got to the ‘better room’ the shower head was damaged and would not stay attached to the shower hose. Too tired to change room to the worse twin that was still available we put up with it. When we left there was not greeting or acknowledgment at all. What a grumpy old woman and we would not recommend staying here at all. There is plenty of choice in the area all at excellent prices.

Reviewed By ChrisDW50Stayed here for one night as had early flight next morning Got to hotel by using metered taxi from desk at airport Went in queue for short journeys they knew exactly where hotel was Cost was 150 Baht which includes a 50 Baht airport fee I believe. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful Room is big clean and showers wash room great I ate at Thai restaurant in the car park area which was great As I live in Thailand and am used and like Thai food i did not check menu for non Thai food I had to leave hotel at 5 am next morning and ordered taxi through reception night before which was excellent Charge was 150 Baht Morning journey was only 5 minutes evening coming to hotel was about 10 minutes I would recommend hotel for stay if early flight out

If you plan to just sleep there and then check out in the morning it's good.. there's bar around there now can walk there 3-4 minutes.. the type of bar that love you long time if you know what I mean

Reviewed By JessicaH816Sometimes the service alone can make an accommodation worth a 5-star rating. This was the case with the O2 Luxury Hotel. I arrived to the property and was greeted kindly by the staff. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I could feel their smiles. I was happy to be assisted with my luggage and check-in was very prompt. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping and massages less than a minute away. The highlights of my stay were Coco, the amazing concierge (you might as well call him the Google of “All Things Thailand”) and all of the front desk staff. I was especially impressed they were able to book a dinner cruise for me when the majority of the reservations were closed. If you care about your interactions with the staff, chose to stay at O2 Luxury!
