Safety measures were followed very nicely...rooms are spacious and very clean, Ambiance is nice surrounded by beautiful flora and fauna. Beach is just few minutes away from the hotel and that's the cherry on top!! Over all a very good experience a must visit place!!

The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed, there was a living room with a kitchen annex, where you have a fridge, some cups and kettle, separate bedroom with a big wardrobe, clean modern bathroom with hot water and two balconies with trees behind. The place was safe, with good locks. There is a shop open every day just opposite the building, where you can find everything you need. The building is in quiet area just 5 min walk to the beach, where you can find some restaurants and cafes, and sunbeds with umbrellas (free when you order sth to drink). The area is nice and peaceful, very green, with beautiful colourful postcolonial villas. There is a bus stop in the area, it is also not far to the train station. Wi-fi was working well. Antonio and his wife were very nice and helpful, Antonio has a comfortable air-conditioned car and offers pick up whenever you need, he picked us up to the airport and to Panjim in good price. He also offers bigger tours if you need a private tour to some tourist attractions in the area. We also tried the breakfast that you can order to your room, what is convenient when you want to leave early to visit some places (the price was similar to nearest restaurants and the food was good). Antonio’s wife went with us to see carnival parade in Margao and it was very helpful, we felt much more comfy and safe, and she is a super nice lady. They both speak good English and are easy to communicate with. Antonio is a businessman, so if you order more services with him you can negotiate the prices, what is a great attitude. There is nothing bad I can say about our time in this place, so I really recommend it, it was great value for the price we paid.

Reviewed By trahul44We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for a week and it was very comfortable to stay. This place is tucked away in the quieter part of Benaulim and is walkable distance to the beach as well as supermarkets, vegetable vendors, and a German bakery. The apartment is new and is very clean with comfortable beds, bathrooms, and linens. The housekeeping staff is excellent and they clean the rooms daily. You can request the change in linens if required and they would happily oblige. The apartments have a small kitchenette and a good refrigerator. This is perfect to cook food during long stays. They even have a washing machine in every apartment which is just perfect. Brian is quite reachable as a host to help you with any requests and the front desk headed by Rachael is perfect. Chatur, the housekeeping guy is the real star of the show here – always smiling and ready to help with any requests. They have a common space where some chairs and tables can be laid to sit and sip on that leisure coffee. The pool is quite good and is maintained well. Overall, I would rate this as the best place to stay in this area at a reasonable price. The apartments are new. Brian and Rachel have the right attitude and if they are able to maintain this in the future, this will be the go-to place for me for all my Goa trips. Keep it up, guys.

Reviewed By indotrllerBooked 3 night stay with EXPEDIA, paid full amount November 4th 2019 arrived for stay January 2020 to find buidings had been razed flat, attempted many times to get refund from EXPEDIA but so far no luck ! Furtados had been bulldozed during May 2019 on Govenment orders.

There are basic amenities given by the room owner which is suffice for budget travelers. This homestay is 1 minute away from the beach at a walkable distance. A lot of restaurants are there nearby where you have a lot of choice to go.
