We are located right on Naiharn Lake which is just a quick stroll from the famous Naiharn Beach. Our bungalows are complete with air con, wifi, ensuit bathrooms with hot/cold water, king size beds, and safes.

The villa was clean and comfortable and we had two bikes to use which we enjoyed. The pool area was very pretty and peaceful. Our hosts were extremely helpful with guidance before we arrived to Thailand using the test and go scheme to ensure we complied with the regulations. They were also very helpful and kind when we arrived by helping us to order food (lots of options) whilst waiting for our covid results and ordering taxis etc. Thank you for having us!

Reviewed By hannahj961Thuan was really welcoming and helpful. He also had a scooter we were able to rent for the day. It was a short walk to nai harn beach ⛱️ Which is beautiful. The accommodation is really clean and quiet and the cleaners leave your villa nice for when you return each day. We would also recommend Elephant restaurant nextdoor for great authentic Thai food.

For only THB500/night (USD15), you get a reasonably sized room with a comfy and clean queen size bed, air conditioner, flat screen TV, fridge (bigger than even most 5 star hotels), hot water heater, fast wifi and all the amenities expected of at least a 3 star hotel. If you stay at the highest floor, you can possibly have a slight view of the beach, though it is blocked by other buildings. The only very minor issue is it lacks English TV channels. For the same price at an island in the Malaysia, for example, I'd get a wooden shack, crappy single bed with a fan and cold water shower and no TV. This place is also close to the dive centres, most of which can easily arrange pickup for you. All in all a great deal for the price, definitely needs 5 stars and a better rating!

Every day new towels and every day cleans. Accommodation is right next to the pool. The pool is beautiful. The resort is quiet. There is also a small gym. Reviewed By tbug2020Beautiful villa that is SHA+ and extremely good price considering most places that are SHA+ are over charging because of the Thailand pass. Location is just off a main busy road but would still be good to get a bike or car or download grab. Staff are extremely friendly rooms were cleaned every single day pool was a nice size and the overall atmosphere was great. There was always someone at reception no matter the time so that helped a lot. My only issue would be that the main living room/kitchen, which isn’t connected to any of the bedrooms and has its own entry, had no aircon in there only a fan which doesn’t really help in that heat, we didn’t really spend any time in there which was fine but maybe if there was an AC in there we would have, however for the overall price and hospitality it was a small thing to overlook. We stayed in the 4 bedroom villa, all villas have 4 bedrooms they just lock the doors depending on how many you need so every villa is the same just located differently, we stayed in villa 212 and it was perfect as our pool got that early morning through to 1pm sun so we were able ti enjoy the pool

Reviewed By Brian TThis location is a little out of the way so you will need rent you a motorbike from the resort. This is a place that you can stay for an extended stay. Hot water for the shower is always important for me. Fridge and TV are nice also has great pool and gym.

On embarque depuis le Chalong Pier avec in longtail boat et celui-ci nous conduit directement sur le ponton de l'hôtel. L'endroit est paradisiaque, isolé, avec une plage magnifique et une eau turquoise. Les chambres sont très correctes, quoique vieillisantes. Attention, invasion de moustique le soir et le matin. Petit déjeuner copieux. Prix corrects.

Reviewed By Tonga555I would say Jo-An House is the most perfect one that I 've stayed before. It's really impressive from the message that I got in the morning that room is ready to check-in. When we arrived, they are eager to provide good service. Staff are so kind and informative. The room is very newly furnished, very spacious and super clean, with bathroom, refrigerator and dining table. Location : so convenient as its on the main road(Rawai-Phuket road). Convenience stores(7-11& Family Mart )are just opposite side of the road. Smart TV is functional very well. I highly recommend to every one.
