Reviewed By S_bagul1986It was a great staying here. Staff are very supportive. Rooms are neat and clean. Ambiance is great. Should try their non veg dishes. There is a kids play area and a lawn too. Most of the sight seeing places are near by only.

Reviewed By 704shantanukThis hotel is not at all good to stay. Big name with nothing to cherish about, a local hotel we would say. The front desk managers and staff are very unprofessional. They do not have any approach to resolve the customer issues. It is like, once we have booked this hotel and come to stay, there is nothing a customer can do. Rooms are smaller with NO Wi-fi available which is not even informed by them during the booking time. Rooms are normal/local with no feel of staying even in a 3-star hotel. The big disappointment is the Go-kart where one ticket gives you very small 3 rounds on some old go-karting vehicles and it is definitely not supposed to be a selling point to stay at this place. For all the activities even if they are small, they take high charges for every activity which are generally free if you choose any other hotel. Just money-oriented place we would say without any worth. All activities are available only between 10AM to 6 PM which means there is nothing to do in evening after 6 PM except taking dinner. The only good thing is the swimming pool, which is cleaned by hotel staff only after repeated requests at their own convenience. Simply no care by hotel management to the customer needs. Food taste is okay.

Reviewed By Trail16182159401Well, we had very bad experience in grape city restaurant, Mr Pallav the restaurant he doesn’t have atticates and manner how to talk with guest. We requested family to seat in the restaurant away from alchol he denied us. We will never visit again, as a bussiness way he lost 10pax revenue.

Reviewed By 1JayanthiStayed for one night.But because of the remodelling work, the place is in a mess... drilling sound made good rest impossible till 9 pm. One good thing there is driver accommodation and it costs around Rs.350. Toilet is very mall and no amnities
