Reviewed By OfftheirPIt is true that this result could do with some maintenance but these have been exceptional times and it is completely understandable that not everything is tiptop. Having said that, it is one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in a long, long time and offers exceptional value for money. We initially checked in for one night but actually ended up staying a week as we enjoyed our time there so much. The villas are considerately laid out and give you a feeling of real privacy and almost being in your own little home. We spent ages on our terrace in the morning in the evening enjoying the great Wi-Fi and the sounds of wildlife around us. Absolutely everything you need is provided in the Villa and it has the feel of a five star resort as a result of this. The air conditioning was just about the best we had in Thailand and this is really important in these temperatures. The bed was exceptionally comfy, safe provided free of charge along with umbrellas, robes and so on. The bathroom was big and roomy with a huge rain shower which was brilliant. The staff simply cannot do enough for you and were exceptionally helpful. This resort has a family feel to it and you can tell they all want you to have a great stay. The hotel is perfectly located being literally one minute from the beach and a leisurely five minute stroll into the lovely centre of bars and restaurants. They have their own great boss bar as well with an excellent barman if you don’t want to go too far or if it is pouring with rain like one night when we were there! The pool area could do with a bit of attention but often we had it entirely to our self and it was comfortable with both sun and shade freely available. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect place to stay close to the airport
Reviewed By Trixy AThis is a great place to stay if you want somewhere near the Phuket Airport and on the beach, literally, on the beach. We had the front room so we could see the beach, which was nice. The room isn't large but it had everything we needed, was very clean and well equipped. Literally under 10 mins taxi ride from the airport. Prasit was great, very accommodating when our plans kept changing due to Covid-19, cancelled flights etc. He even let us book a half day as we had a late flight. It was great to be able to spend the day swimming and be able to shower and change before heading to our flight. I would suggest you contact them direct by email or messenger to get a good price and let them save some money paid to the big online booking sites. We will definitely stay here again if we're flying out of Phuket.

The girls/staff are really helpful with downloading the app and call when you are free to go outside the hotel. Yes! Government rules for everyone visiting Thailand now. Close to the beach, 5-6min walk.??

I paid for another hotel (Ideo Phuket) but on arrival at 19:00pm it turned out to be overbooked, so the guard/receptionist drove me to this hotel and I was given a partial cash refund (as this hotel was cheaper). I stayed in room 209 on 23-Jan-2020 for 1 night. There are no lifts. There is no safe in room and reception do not have safety deposit boxes. There were no towels in the room and when I asked, I was given a single bath towel. The small bathroom window was stuck open. On check-in I noticed the room TV was not working and despite speaking to the receptionist nothing was done to fix it. The air-con was not cold enough to cool the room. There were no rubbish bins in the room, only a tiny one in the bathroom. The wifi in the room was no good. I had to go downstairs to reception to get a signal both on check-in night and the following morning. The beach is about a ten minute walk. North along beach are expensive tourist restaurants. South are Thai restaurants and food stalls where I ate in the evening and also had breakfast there the following morning. I had an early morning stroll along the beach and saw low flying planes coming to land at the nearby airport. A taxis stand is near the hotel for the short trip to the airport, however they charge the minimum fare of 200baht.

Reviewed By tudolesWe booked this hotel as it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle service. The rooms were clean, the aircon was cold and the rooftop pool was lovely. The downside to this 5 hour stay was the staff's lack of any knowledge of where we could get any food as their restaurant is closed and this is not stated on their website. It seems there is nothing available in the vicinity. Also, the lack of towels in our rooms. There were no bath towels in our rooms when we checked in and even though we asked reception for some nothing ever arrived. We went and asked again later but apparently housekeeping had gone for the day and there were no towels. They found one pool towel for 6 of us...... We had been happy to pay their full night rate for our short use of the room and facilities but it is a necessity to have a shower before a long flight so the towels were rather important.

Bugs life in a building site

Regardless of the out of season booking here, there’s building work on either side of this building, we got moved from the Bamboo hut (which was in desperate need of upgrading, holes in the Bamboo floor is a risk of someone falling through) to the room shown here, partner is a builder and was hoping to get away from a building sites but it still sounds like we’re in the middle of a building site. Ants, cockroaches and we saw two rats whilst sat outside our room. I know bugs are expected here but they need Informing paying customers who book here that on either side of this resort, there’s ongoing building work in progress. New room hasn’t been aired so smells of mold. Bring plenty of ant powder! Hire a moped and explore Phuket, it’s a beautiful place!

Comfortable Guesthouse but Very Bad WiFi in our room

Our double room was large and clean with king bed, clean bathroom, hot shower, quiet a/c, large refrigerator, couch, cable tv, soap/shampoo, daily towels, 2 small racks to hang clothes, 2 small bottles of water daily, nice small patio. Room did not have safe, closet or drawers, or coffee/tea pot. Our room had terrible WiFi. Large windows provide good room light during day, but there were slight gaps between curtains so at night felt like we needed to turn off lights when we changed clothes. A/C struggled to cool bed area in L shape room during heat of day. Pretty quiet in our room despite being along relatively busy road and near airport. Traffic and airplane noise could be heard but not a problem, and we did not hear dogs barking as commented by other people. Very quiet late at night. OK restaurant at guesthouse (not busy), though for us some better and cheaper restaurants are nearby. Busy road in front of guesthouse (which goes to airport) a bit challenging to walk along and cross, but road to beach is easy to walk. Wonderful, clean and not crowded Nai Yang Beach about 15 minutes walk, 3 minutes to nearby small but very good (and cheap) local restaurants, a few seafood restaurants, and 2 convenience stores, 1 minute to self serve laundramat (30 baht wash load). There are many restaurants and some bars along road just behind the beach, and a good Saturday/Sunday public market along road to beach. It’s a bit over 2 km to airport, with backpacks about 30-40 minute walk. Guesthouse does NOT provide airport transportation, and 200 baht taxi rate seems very high for this short distance. Getting here from Phuket Town bus terminal #1, we used public “orange” bus (100 baht) and got off at Naiyang Bus Stop before airport (at 7-11 store) that is 2-3 minutes walk from Naiyang House. The corner with this 7-11 store was next to our favorite local restaurants. WiFi was VERY POOR and mostly not available in our room; hard to connect to, and when you could connect it usually disconnected after a minute or two. Could never use VPN. OK Wifi at restaurant. Terrible WiFi in room was reason we did not extend our stay after initial 2 nights.

Reviewed By ClernixI just stayed with Charly and his wife for three days. A great host, The room is very clean and well kept. Charly showed me around and I was off. The beach is a 10 minutes walk and it is a really nice beach. I stayed in the studio next to the office. It's a large room with a big bed. Lush gardens and Charly shares his knowledge of local plants, Just a great place to stay!
