Reviewed By psw050We stayed here for 1 night as it was close to the airport (taxi 5 mins & 15 euros for 4 people, or 15 minutes brisk walk) we had 2 rooms which were clean and somewhat basic, if a little small, with a good sized balcony. Location was just 2 streets from the beach but not noisy. As we arrived late in the evening, we went for breakfast at 10am which was after their 9:30 deadline. ( 9:30 seems early for a holiday hotel and I had seen no times written down) However the staff were kind enough to fix us some cold meats, bread and coffee, which was much appreciated. I would recommend this hotel for a budget beach resort holiday.

Reviewed By Richjr1We came every year in the summer in the hotel tre assi. The hotel is excellent and for us the best in the region. The food is traditional romangnola and the service is perfect. The atmosphere is very familiar and the family Montanari is very nice and friendly. I would say, this is the best place for everyone who cares about good eating, good service and familiar atmosphere. Typical italian! The result is, that my rating only can be OTTIMO/Excelent.

Located in Marina Centro, on the main promenade, just 300 meters from the beach. Simple, modest and welcoming, it is ideal for stays in Rimini with friends, as a couple or with the whole family. Four-legged friends are always welcome! The central location is favorable for reaching: Rimini Terme, Palacongressi, Stadium 105, Fiera, historic center, Parco Fellini, Italy in Miniature, Ferris wheel, discos, pubs and much more.
Lovely people, but....
Reviewed By Ronald MI had an economy single room. Very clean, shower Asian style with no curtain, and the staff is absolutely terrific. And a nice breakfast too. But, the hotel is next to the very loud train tracks, no A/C, so windows had to be open with no mosquito screen. The window open or closed frankly made no difference on the horrid train noise. So even though I paid for 3 nights, one night of almost no sleep, and I had to switch hotels. So trains/heat/mosquitoes I will remember, along with the nice people. I'm so sorry that I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great family trip to Italy
Reviewed By Arek SIt was a realy nice place for week trip with my family (2 kids) and friends. Hotel is located near the beach but on quiet small street. We were most charmed by the friendly service and family atmosphere. Maybe the rooms should be slightly refreshed. But we were surprised by the great food prepared by Enzo, who showed us what the real Italian cuisine is. It was a great time that will stay in our memories for a long time. Thanks!

This is a budget hotel in which the warmth and the hospitality of the people owning it exceeds any expectations. Whatever we needed it was delivered. Such an adorable and welcoming people, an example of real Italian hospitality. The food was more than great, we stayed 9 days on a full board and the menu was diverse and so tasty, those mussels that Ana was preparing are still on my mind. The wi-fi is very good in the reception and in the rooms. We had a room without balcony, it was pretty small, but the bathroom was spacious. The "cons" were small room and outdated furniture, which was totally unnoticeable for us because everything else had a strong "pros", but I am adding that as well, for the travellers searching for luxury. This is not a luxurious type of hotel, this is all about joy, hearty welcome, consideration of your personal needs, food, Italian soul, wonderful smell on the entrance of the reception when something tasty was being prepared, laughs, jokes, happiness. At the time we were there, there was a family with a certain food restrictions and the chef (the mama owner) was so considerable, either she was making meal plans to fit all guests, or she was preparing separate dishes only for this family. Many regards to Stelvio, his wonderful wife Isabela, the mom Ana, the kids, the granddad, it was our pleasure to be your guests.

Perfect budget hotel, close to the beach, friendly staff and spotless rooms
Reviewed By HannahRH13This is the perfect 3* hotel. The rooms are bigger than what I expected and spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, helping with bus and train journeys etc. Very short walk to the beach with nice restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Would definitely stay here again for a cheap and cheerful holiday.
