Reviewed By ShamTravellingThe booked room was not provided. The room was dirty, full of dust and not sanitised. I had booked through GoIbibo, they did not provide any resolution, just harrassed us time and again. The reception manager was rude and mocked us. The door lock was broken, the washroom window was also broken, birds flew in and crapped all over the place. I had to check out one day early. GoIbibo denied refund even after promising for that day. The hotel and GoIbibo made a fool out of us.

Food was Good Only cons being access...as low tide will allow to drive in only....it sounds adventurous but PPL who love their car will have problem in parking...

Following are the complimentary items I found in my room. 1). Housefly 2). Cockroach 3). Spider 4). Lizard 3 no’s 5). Lizard potty at every corner 6). 2 frogs that will greet u at your Door at evening. To add to our misery they don’t even have sufficient power back up to provide uninterrupted power supply . It can take 2 hours to get their service be it house keeping items etc. The property is run by few unprofessionals and is suffering from total Mismanagement . Devdeep chakraborty

Amazing Stay
Reviewed By AxxOgabrielThis was my second stay at this property. I saw some negative comment's but remember it's a budget Hotel so dont expect like a Star Category facilities. The Hotel is far from the main road without GPS it's tough to locate. Peaceful location and on the beach. Food is excellent and the staff is also very helpful & polite. Beds are not cozy but ok to spend a night or 2. When you go to a beach u expect to be on beach not sleeping in the room :-) Yes it's a remote area and no shops around in many Kms range. So better get things you want before you arrive there. Free Parking. Other than beach nothing is there. If you want 2 get away from hustle bustle then it's perfect for you if not then stay away from here. Cheers & Will be going to Mainak in next 2 weeks again.

Reviewed By jdf197We were allotted Room 203 - a four-bedded room (we were a party of five friends) with a magnificent view of the sea. The room was no-nonsense and apparently clean. Cleaning is a big issue and we were unable to get our washroom cleaned despite staying for two nights. A couple of cockroaches made a guest appearance on our first night and we were unable to have the dead bodies cleaned till the next evening. The restaurant is so-so. Service is good but be prepared to be served leftovers from the previous meal, refrigerated and reheated. The hotel has its own entrance to the beach - somewhat rocky but quite approachable. There is a nice deck where you can enjoy the evening with friends and Buds (yes that's allowed and the staff will shop for you if required). Appropriate place to stay at if you're visiting with friends and intend to have fun. Not at all recommended if you're travelling with family.

Reviewed By Amitra78Had gone with my family during May'22, loved the rooms and the pool. Second Floor Premium Rooms are sea facing. The food was also good, but buffet lunch & dinner can have more menu. The service was also upto the mark. The staffs were polite. The ambience at night time was also great. Pool side "Firangi Paani" is of great idea. It's just 1 minute walk to the beach.

Best for family with elderly people/child as we don’t need to go anywhere. 5*. Amenities:- Except pool, nothing as such. But when you are on the beach you don’t need those. Also there are plenty of seat-outs areas in the common lawn. Good as 4*. Cleanliness:- Nice and clean. When compared to other Mandarmani hotels they are exceptional in this category. Simply 5*. Staff:- Very helpful and friendly. Nice service. 5*. Rooms:- Premium suite is best one with 2 big rooms. All modern amenities, glass covered seat-out room with big sofa of at least 8 seater, nice AC. Other rooms are quite good as well with all modern amenities. One exceptional point to notice, the toiles are really clean with at all no stain marks like the other Mandarmani hotels do have. Simply 5*. Food:- Exceptionally good and very well priced. Crab/Mutton/Fish all are fresh and served in good quantity, great taste and very reasonable priced. Breakfast is complementary and standard, nothing to complain. Overall food 5*. One of the best hotel in Mandarmani I ever stay. I will definitely come back to this resort with my whole family in near future. Overall 5* stay.
