Reviewed By 846riccardobwe spent a week in this beautiful agriturismo, 4 quiet rooms, a great swimming pool surrounded by a nice lawn. The breakfast is included and is superb, almost everything is made by had by the kind host, Michela, on daily basis. Three day a week a dinner is available, fixed menu, all homemade by the host... a truly culinary experience! I rate this stay as one of my best experience on a bed and breakfast!

Reviewed By Lynn WJust spent 9 wonderful nights here. The rooms are quite large by Italian standards, clean, and comfortable. Croce is the best host ever! Incredibly charming, funny, and thoughtful. He cooked the most amazing eggs in olive oil daily - even though they were not on the menu. He also served hot cornettos (croissants) daily. To top it off, he invited us along with his friends for a lovely New Years Eve dinner. I will definitely return if only for his eggs! Oh, rooms 1 and 5 have the best views of the sea.

Reviewed By federicabenussiSiamo stati ospiti di questa struttura immersa nel verde un paio di giorni, un ambiente rustico, pulito, silenziosissimo, durante la notte si sentono solo i grilli, isolato e, per questo, estremamente affascinante, soprattutto per noi che viviamo in città. Il gestore molto disponibile e gentile. Simpatici i gattini che gironzolano nel prato e aspettano le coccole davanti la porta di casa.

Moira who runs this amazing place with her family and staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We even became friends with the dog Jimmy :-) The room was simple, clean and confortable. It was always a pleasure and very relaxing to have breakfast and the evening dinner on the garden terrace both were excellent and the wine produced on site was a pure nectar…!!! The place is very well located and close to many nice beaches like Ansedonia or Marina di Alberese. We enjoyed every minute of our 1 week stay. Highly recommended!!!

Magliano in Toscana is the ideal place to start out on a discovery of the historic villages which make the Maremma so special, and to go to the beaches on the coast, the Uccellina Park, the spa at Saturnia or the WWF Natural Oases.The B&B has five rooms, all with private parking, air conditioning, satellite TV, phone and blow dryer. The guests can use the large common room for breakfast or relaxation.We chose the name le Tartarughe, "the turtles", because turtles are the great passion of Camilla, your host who will greet you when you come and will be happy to let you know more, if you are interested, about the wonderful world of turtles.

Reviewed By Paul CThis b ans b had a good rating but turned out to be disappointing. We booked for three nights but only stayed for two. At breakfast we had to clean the cereal bowls and coffee cups before using them. I had coffee on the first morning only- it really was the worst tasting coffee I have ever tasted. The breakfast was nothing to write home about either. There was a kettle in the room but only one cup which didn't matter as there was nothing to make a drink with. One of the bedside lights was not working. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. It was only a short walk into the town to reach a restaurant for dinner, there were three but one of them was closed both nights we were there and another one was booked for the second night, The third one had no ambiance at all but was as expensive as the other one. The village itself has very little in it and you would need less than two hours to see all it has. There's very little close by if you do not want to drive. My advice is to find somewhere else.

Abbiamo spaziato da Ansedonia all'Argentario, da Capalbio a Tarquinia a Tuscania, Pitigliano, Sorano, Sovana, Saturnia e tanti altri sempre tornando a Magliano a Casa Maria a goderci la bellissima location. Le strade sono poco trafficate non ci sono semafori e si viaggia bene e casa Maria è in una posizione ottimale per spostarsi senza difficoltà. Ci resta anche il ricordo di un cielo stellato che non vedevamo da tempo. A 5 minuti d'auto possibilità di cenare in ottimi osterie, trattorie consigliate anche dalla signora Lia che non ci ha mai deluso. La camera spaziosa, arredata con gusto, curata nei particolari (ad es. c'è il phon professionale) set cortesia, bollitore tisane-the-caffè, bottigliette d'acqua giornaliere e ogni confort che ti fa sentire a casa. Particolare attenzione ai dettagli e alla pulizia. Lia ottima padrona di casa; norme anti COVID rispettate al 100%. Parla benissimo l'inglese. Apprezzatissima la colazione servita sul terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sull'Isola del Giglio, le tovagliette ricamate (quelle della nonna per intenderci), le torte fatte in casa, la possibilità di scegliere il caffè espresso o di moka e tanto altro. Lo consigliamo veramente anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.
