Reviewed By Kevin BIt is the forth time that i have been at Nicoline , this time thing are bad , a/c do not work , heat in rooms was unbearable , we book a single room and finished with 2 rooms , that we had to pay extra , rates of rooms increased by 17 euros per day , we usually pay 80 euros now we paid 97 asked for an invoice , was not given some , and i repeat some of the staff require education towels were not clean and soft as usual. breakfast is limited

We liked this place very much! Also, breakfast was WOW! Plates very full, coffe tastful and the view.. just wow!

Fantastic Place for hub traveler
Reviewed By Eli221Unbelievable spot in nature for relaxing, reflection, resting and hiking. The owners are great and very friendly (Augustin and Ciara). The place is in nature but near by the city and lake attractions, excellent spot for hub style travelers. Breakfast are excellent and served mainly from local products (yogurt, honey, bread and other delicious food). My wife and I manage to enjoy the place VERY much. ?

Great hospitality
Reviewed By Vik IIf there is something to point out than it is the hospitality. The owners are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is very big and delicious. The room is nice and has everything you need. Sure the TV is rather small, but who comes to Lecco to watch TV? The room was tidy thanks to daily cleaning. The only thing that might appear strange is the rather simple lock to the apartment, but the b&b ist Safe and we were at no time point concerned about our belongings. The location of the apartment is to my understanding good, although I have to admit that we hardly walked the area. But I think it's not very far (approx. 5min) from the small lake and one can easily stroll to the lake Como. There's a restaurant serving special burger creations with home brewed beer and other import beers just around the corner that's absolutely worth to visit. To sum up we were both surprised about the quality level of the apartment as it is easily comparable with a good 3 stars hotel.

Ya habiamos pagado Aprendimos despues que habia dado nuestra habitacion a otra persona. Entonces al final, no tenemos la habitacion y la habitacion fue pagada dos veces. CUIDADO LADRONA INCREDIBLE TAL ACTITUD CUANDO TRABAJA EN EL TURISMO Attention voleuse.!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER We booked and payed a night at villa puccini and arranged our arrival time with Christina. But then, when we arrived she didn't let us in and never refund our money. We discovered afterwards that she booked the room to someone else. Do not book this place !

The B&B is the result of the renovation (2014) of the house where the painter Arturo Bonanomi lived and worked for more than 50 years. The B&B offers three rooms, each one with its private bathroom and free WiFi: the Yellow Room, with two single beds; the Red Room, a double bedroom and the Blue Room, located in the renovated atelier of the painter Arturo Bonanomi. The B&B's manager, Ivano the artist's son, is very fond of art and cooking. Every day he welcomes his guests with kindness and hospitality.

Reviewed By George FWe had an excellent stay at the B&B Lago di pinto. Our room the blue room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice little balcony to sit outside in sun. The breakfast was typically Italian with bread and jam, yogurts, fruit and pastries. The B&B was close to bars, restaurants and train and bus routes.

Great for an Italian-speaking guests
Reviewed By ursz-szwaThe stay in SoloSonno was great. The room looked just like in a picture, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big and there were many hangers for wet things. Also there was a small fridge and a safe. The room was air-conditioned. The breakfast was ok: coffee, tea or juice and to eat bread, jam, nutella, cheese and pre-packaged cornetti. Yoghurt. Milk. Cereal. Many things to choose from. At night it was very quiet because the place is located in a quiet street although near the promenade. It os also relatively near Malgrate - a small town much quieter than Lecco with a charming promenade and many great trattorias (better than Lecco if you like to feel local atmosphere). The only drawback was that the hostess (pretty much the only person we had contact with) speaks only very basic English. She continued to talk to us in Italian though we said we do not understand. We had to ask another guest to translate when we wanted to ask about luggage deposit. All in all the place is great for an enjoyable stay by the lake if you do not mind language barrier.

Its stable, barn, residence and hen-house have been restored and are now used by our guests who can enjoy a big garden with a swimming pool and a sun lounge. There is a bus stop right in front of the B&B and you can reach the town centre in a few minutes.The B&B offers three comfortable rooms with two beds each.
Small and disappointing
Reviewed By Lisa PMy friend reserved this bed and breakfast for me because she lives in Lecco and the bed and breakfast I normally use was closed for the period. On arrival I was met by the owner who spoke good English and he showed me the very small room (single bed built into a cupboard) with a low cupboard above the bed which you must be careful you don't bump your head. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Because I was the only guest I had the dining area and bathroom to myself but during busy periods I think it would have proven a bit embarrassing with trips to the toilet and bathroom if taken at the same time as guests were eating breakfast. This didn't apply to me. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. It was very uninteresting and coffee was made the night before and stored in a thermos flask for me in the morning. It was tepid by the time I drank it. It might be a good idea for the owner to invest in a Dolce Gusto coffee maker or similar so guests can make their own coffee and drink it hot! There were no body washes, soaps or conditioner in the shower and no coffee sachets in the bedroom. There were different teas. Thankfully I took my own teabags. The room was 39 euros which was reasonable but even though I had a single room I should have experienced the same standard service as other guests seem to have had during their stay. I was up at 5 am and didn't expect to see the owner but would have liked a better breakfast experience e.g. cheese, hard boiled egg, bread, bowl of prepared fruit salad. I can't eat cereal as I am gluten intolerant. Never mind!
