We are in a residential area, 5 min drive to town center and 10 mins to Teluk Chempedak Beach. We have 10 rooms in total, 4 rooms with private courtyard, and 2 connecting rooms with share courtyard. We have free wifi in this property.
Cozy place to stay
Reviewed By enazssTravelled with hubby & my daughter. A stop over before heading back to KL from Terengganu. The bed is comfortable, the lighting and deco of the room is cool. And the bathroom is huge.. love it. Overall I'm very satisfied with my stay there and would come back again in my future trips to Kuantan.

Ridiculously dirty and unhygienic place to stay
Reviewed By WHChooThe room has a very musty smell when you walk in. The bed sheets have stains all over. Not only that, the fridge has brownish stains all over on the inside. The water glass and cup are not properly cleaned. The basin has leakage and water was sipping through from the bottom to the floor. The walls between my room (505) were so thin that I can literally hear next door couples moaning and bed banging on the walls late into the night. The public space in the lobby is so dirty that you can see used face mask being left on the sofa seating area from the afternoon until the next day morning and no staffs could be bothered to clean up the area. The staffs are also not bothered to wear masks when attending to the guests. Definitely would not recommend this place for others. Not worthwhile.

The feel of a proper 4 star hotel room, with very decent smell, the room was highly satisfactory for a solo trip on business. Con. (1) Makan (meal) a bit susah (difficult). But having said that, the closest kopitiam hardly 2 kms away, Kemaman Kopitiam. (2) suburb Pros. (1) Nice room. (2) Easy to get in and out - Parking is like at your own house (except you have to be a bit patient if there's another car in the way).

Smokers Paradise
Reviewed By Curtis BWow, this place not only allows smoking in their rooms but doesn't bother to clean up after the smokers. Our room smelled terrible from smokers, there were ashes on the floor in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the bed sheet and carpet. The batteries in the aircon controller were dead (how difficult it is to have housekeeping check that?), the bedside lamp was broken, the refridgerator didn't work, the carpet was filthy, toilet barely flushed, and bathroom sink faucet was dangling by a thread. Breakfast was mediocre but perhaps the best value of the place - only plus is good location.

Very good for the price
Reviewed By Barry RThe room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Both were very clean. It's the best budget hotel we've stayed at during a long trip around Malaysia. Opposite is the Watif Coffee Shop where you can get a good breakfast, both Malay and European (toast, eggs etc.) Only negative point is the rooms at the front of the hotel are a bit noisy because of the passing traffic.

Reviewed By manis cI choose a room with the river view and it is on the lower floor so not much to see. the room is small but clean with the usual amenities. the hotel is situated at the main road, as such easy access to public transport and to some eateries and also within walking distance to the esplanade and teruntum tower
