Perfect Location and Spacious Room
Reviewed By Dew DBooked a room with a double bed and was surprised that the room was very spacious, with a divider between the bathroom/closet area with the sleeping area. The room was very clean and well maintained despite showing some wear and tear signs of an old building. However, I was put in a third floor room where there was a huge balcony that connected through all the rooms on the side with no divider. The weather would have been perfect to open the slider door to let cool air in but being alone, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe leaving the slider door open with no lock on the screen door. The lady at the front desk who was probably the manger or owner was very accommodating and provided me with the air conditioner control, which they would only normally operate during summer. The bathroom tub also had no shower curtain so half the bathroom gets soaked when taking a shower. Other than that it was a great hotel and really enjoyed my stay, strategically located in the middle of Jeju City, right behind exit 1 of the underground mall and a few steps away from Black Pork Street. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area, so even if the hotel didn't provide breakfast, choices were plentiful. Also a few steps away from the hotel is a bus stop where you can take the city loop tour, which I regret not having time for though the underground mall connects to most of the important areas within the city.

Reviewed By Paolinda25Sono venuto qui per urgenza di lavoro e non ne sapevo neanche l esistenza di questa isola invece è molto bella. L hotel bello e molto tecnologico. Pulito e spaziosa la stanza però non hanno l armadio. Questo hotel non offre la colazione ma appena fuori si può scegliere ciò che si vuole anche se sempre rimanendo nella cucina coreana. Il costo è giusto , il personale molto cordiale e lo consiglio a tutti quelli che capitano qui.

Good hotel, helpful staffs
Reviewed By AlexandraZoeRayVery close with the airport and shopping area. A lot of restaurants around hotel. So you won't be hungry even this hotel not have a restaurant. But you have to walk a little to park your car. All staffs very kind and helpful. They even drive us to the airport for free after we returned a car to rental.

Poor. Good location horrid room
Reviewed By Louise GDirty. Broken tiles. Overlooking a building site. Stinks of dust from building site. Also covered in dust and plaster. V upset. Paid on arrival for 3 nights. Went downstairs immediately as was not as advertised and still had to pay for first night. Lobby looked fine... so annoyed

Our hotel has a fantastic ocean view in Aewol Jeju. There is just 10meter away from the sea. It's located in the most famous coastal road in Jeju. There is a 15-minute drive from the Jeju International Airport. Our hotel provides a free breakfast. HOTEL SYDNEY is the best hotel to enjoy a lovely vacation with yourfamily in Korea Jeju. We have a staff who can speak English and Chinese.

Reviewed By sunshinerain8The property was right by the coast which made me love it. I always woke up to the sound of waves crashing. There are a few convenient stores around which made my experience an excellent one. The property has a bus stop nearby almost about 10 minutes walk which goes to Jeju international airport and even Hyopjae beach. There is also a large supermarket called Hanaro mart which is about 25 minutes walk or 18 minutes walk from Hagwi elementary school bus stop. The hotel is also not far from the famous aewol coastal road. The staff members were nice, spoke English and were happy to help me with the few questions I had about where to get a bus and restaurants. I was also given complimentary bottles of water every day and a change of towel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with a nice coastal view of Jeju island

Good hotel but need car
Reviewed By Vinci LGood hotel (room and bathroom) but need a car, as nothing immediately around. Hotel lobby was a bit dead (winter) and restaurant wasn't open (I think you have to pre book for them to open). Maybe hotels at Geumneung Port or Hyeopjae Beach would be better, as more restaurants and cafes for travellers.

Reviewed By M AStayed for 4 nights here. Room size is just nice. Its not new modern hotel but it suit the purpose as a good hotel. Have refrigerator, good movie channel (English available), provided with toothpaste! and what i like is their shampoo and shower foam smells really good. Walking distance to CU,GS25,7eleven convenient stores. Also walking distance to LOTTE Tax free shopping mall. And yes, as Amberscha mentioned, only 3 parking lot available but you can park your car nearby the river. Road are quite narrow btw.
