They had no idea if there was a booking from booking.com despite the fact that I had called them and reminded so 3 hrs before arrival. The room which was first offered had holes in the mosquito mess. Reception was more interested in collecting the payment first before changing the room. No lightings at reception at dawn hours 6:30 am.

First of all I want to thank all the staff for their courtesy and their support. They are very helpful. And more over very homely environment is there. One won't be disturbed by anyone. You will get all ur privacy. If u need an auto they will arrange for it. Park ur vehicle in devasamudra. And wander gokarna market by auto. We atayed in Gokarna for 3 nights. Each night in different hotels. 1st in Devasamudra, then in Stonewood nature resort. Then in Gokarna international beach resort. But, our stay in Deva Samudra was memorable. We booked Sea front cottages. They maintained them very well. Room and washroom were clean with no insects. The food in SEA SPIRIT is awesome ?. We are vegetarians. But, they prepared the best north Indian dishes. Taste was delicious.. Thank you Devasamudra and Sea spirit for making our stay butiful.

The property has total three beach view air conditioned cottages perfect for small or large groups/families • One Sea view duplex AC cottage which is perfect for 2 to 5 guests.(two queen size bed and 1 floor mattress) • 1 Sea view AC room on the Ground floor which can accommodate 3 people(1queen size bed and 1 floor mattress) • 1 Sea view AC room on first floor which can accommodate 3 people(1queen size bed and 1 floor mattress) • All cottages have a separate entrance, an attached bathroom and a private balcony with a heavenly sea view. • In front of the house lies a beautiful sitting area, where you can relax in the sunbed and look out on to the Ocean. • You will have access to free wifi. • We have a café at the property from where you can order and enjoy delicious food. If you are lucky you can also witness the glowing enthralling phytoplankton's and Dolphins.
A stay to remember
Reviewed By neelanshrI stayed at Tune of Ocean with my girlfriend in December'21 and without any doubt this was one of the best stays. Clean, Hygienic, Lovely Hosts (Deepika, Piyush, Tapesh and Aman). Since it was supposed to be her birthday trip, Tune of Ocean turned out to be the perfect place. Deepika was kind enough to get in touch with me as soon as I made the reservation. I did bother her with a lot of questions before C/In, too which she replied too as and when possible. Early C/in at 10 was given. Our room "Aqua" was clean, hygienic with necessary amenities in the room. The best part of the place is you step out of your room and the beach is right in front of you. From Paratha's, Omelet in Breakfast and Chinese starters in Dinner - the food cooked by Aman was totally amazing. Also on the 3rd night We got to eat special Rajma Chawal cooked by our Host Piyush and it was the highlight of all the meals :D. Since it was my girlfriend's birthday I had requested Deepika and Piyush if a private setup can be done and they were generous enough to share their ideas and did an amazing Bonfire setup overlooking the beach. At midnight they came with an amazing Chocolate Ice-cream cake which we thoroughly enjoyed. If in Gokarna one should really look forward to stay at Tune of Ocean. PS - Deepika, Piyush and Tapesh do not only run the place but also work during the day (IT, Sales), well hats of to them in managing both. Although the hosts stay near to the property but you can always find them round the clock, be it at 6 in the morning or at 1 in the night. Once again Thankyou Deepika, Piyush and Tapesh for one of the most memorable stays. Also apologies for writing a review so late.

Nightmarish customer care...
Reviewed By murali271973The hospitality is very poor and unfriendly. Zero care. No solutions offered in case we miss out some options while booking. 1. It's a house in ground floor and rooms constructed on top. 2. The house owner and his Mrs are there to interact with customer. They completely lack customer care. Instead they behave like slum fighters. Customer do mistakes, if given proper solution, we are willing to pay extra amount required. 3.There is no proper access to the room. No proper car parking in front of room. You have to climb down 100m.if you have luggage don't choose this one. 4. No lift facilities. No room boys to help. 5. When we ask for help, they are unwilling. 6. We have been denied the service. Thanks to GOIBIBO for refunding the money. Have to make multiple calls to get it refunded.

Reviewed By MVKTSRooms were clean, comfortable and very affordable. Food was decent. Easy access to beach. Very satisfied. Very friendly and good staff. Just one issue Access to hotel was a bit tricky due to narrow road and blockage for vehicles. But that’s a challenge with Gokarna size

Reviewed By Ramkey_tWe stayed for 2 nights here. The place was very clean and the room was aesthetically done. Victoria was very friendly and helped us with few useful tips for sight seeing. The only minus was there's no dedicated car parking had to park on road. But overall great stay.

Reviewed By moonraker22They charged around 750 per room. We had booked two rooms. The toilet is spacious. They provided liquid mosquito repellent. Was very basic, but good value for the money. During the off-season, may go down below what we had paid, too, probably.

Reviewed By mahiii7The property is in a secluded place and the stay was very good. The staff here answers to everything and its a best place for a weekend getaway. Especially the rooms are very neat and even wadrobes and coffee table are available.
