Could be a Good Hotel

This hotel is an excellent property in the city of GAYA but the housekeeping is very poor.My room no was 105. Enough space but housekeeping was very poor. Wall Paper was leaving wall and wall mounted light remain blinking till I stayed there. Hot running water was missing .Bathroom door was broken. Taps were not in rhythm. These are some issues which could be very easily resolved by the housekeeping department and it gives a good impression to traveler or guests.. Foods in the Hotel is good . Staff well behaved.

It is a newly constructed property with luxury rooms and a latest interiors and great comfort. We gurantee our guest to feel like a home. We provide best service and reasonable rate. We have a restaurant too, The Green Pea, which provides a best quality of food to you any time throughout your stay. We have also a nice and cute banquet hall for any function or company meeting. visit once.........

Reviewed By SharadSud-GurgaonHotel Grand Palace is located walking distance from the railway station. ( hustle bustle starts early morning here :)) Got a good deal from Goibibo for a 1 night stay. Booked a non-ac room. Clean and airy. In-house restaurant available with good food and respectful staff. Hotel made an arrangement for me to take a cab from Gaya to Bodh Gaya to Nalanda and back to Patna airport. Helpful attitude of the hotel management !

Probably one of the safer options near Gaya rail station
Reviewed By ArindamDasStayed here for 2 nights in November 2018. Gaya as such is probably not a safe place for tourists and I had a lot of apprehensions before booking this place. However, I did not have any safety issue. It's located just opposite to Gaya railway station. So, if you have a late night train, this may be a good option. However, do not expect quality service. The furnishings in the room was average, the bathroom was not clean. The geyser became non-functional after first day. The room service food was average. They provided free wi-fi. Well, my expectations were low as well.

Reviewed By Ranju066Had an excellent stay. Room and bathroom were clean and staffs were helpful. Though Air conditioner was not required much during my stay because of cold weather but it was working fine. Free WiFi is also provided.

Reviewed By RAJESH DVery good location, roome are very good. Staffs and Manager is worst then any other hotels I have visite. Most of the bathrooms are having water leakege problem. Not cleaned properly. The Head manager is always after money. He always trying how to take out money from your pocket

Reviewed By abhi bRooms are clean and all the basic facilities are available. Staff is cooperative. Best part is it is situated near railway Station. Price for the room is reasonable and overall I can say it will be a comfortable stay whoever stays here.

Worst Pace To Stay
Reviewed By RajuMSThe worst hotel that I have stayed in till now. I do not have any precedent in my life to compare this horrible experience. Cons: 1 - there was dust all over the front door. 2 - there was no bathroom mat. 3 - there was no dental kit. 4 - the soap holder was rusted. 5 - the wash basin tap was rusted and dirty. 6 - the shower taps were dirty and rusted. 7 - water was dripping from the bathroom upstairs and the water was directed from the top bathroom to this bathroom as seen the pictures. 8 - after we checked in a rat ran into the room right in front of the hotel staff but he did not do anything to get rid of the rat for the two days that we stayed in that dingy hotel. 9 - there were multiple cockroaches in the room. 10 - cockroaches were running around on the pillows and the bed. 11 - the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained. 12 - the bathroom was not cleaned properly. 13 - the TV was not working. There was no power to the TV. 14. There were stains on the dressing tables. 15 - tiles on the floor were stained. 16 - the room was not swept and there was dust on the floor. 17 - the cupboard doors did not close properly allowing cockroaches to creep in. 18 - there were cockroaches in the cupboard. 19 - breakfast overpriced. 20 - the room boys expected tips for everything they did for you. Pros : 1 - the ac worked for the two days that were in the hotel.

Reviewed By Anil MChor hotel they take money first and then don't listen to the issues you face in room like no hot water,ac not working, no clean in room, sticking rooms,no cable channel working, blanket and bedsheets not changed, comode toilet no clean dirty, flash not working, staff also rude and free breakfast is just name sake all poor quality.
