Piped into this bar with my wife and young daughter after the beach. Didnât mind the price at the time but looking back on it now it was a rip off. Mediocre food and expensive local beer asked to go inside the ice bar and was told I had to pay. Good service but didnât make up for the price and food Hi there!Thanks for taking the time to review us.We apologize our pricing wasn't to your liking, we are a more high end bar and try to give the best service backed up with quality products.Maybe next time you come you can enjoy some of the live music we have to offer.Best regardsThe Palms Team

ordered 2 drinks in happy hour, went to pay bill they charged full price.they then reduced the beer but not the cocktail,when i questioned that the bar manager got a bit nasty and threw the change at me good service no wonder the place is empty .Roger, you win the award as the most ignorant man we have ever met or served. Since when is Vodka sprite a cocktail. Upon learning this you told our waitress to F**k off. You told a lady to F**k off!When the manager tried explaining you again told him to F**k off. Is this is how you act when you are in a restaurant? I feel sorry for your wife as I watched the footage of your antics. You truly are a very ignorant man. To then write a review is shameful. If you look along the street most businesses are empty as it's low season but again nothing surprises me how low you stoop. Paul Watson

We saw this restaurant and were intrigued. Swedish food in Thailand? How authentic could it be?Well, we have been to Sweden, and this was very authentic! The Swedish meatballs were great and came with the gravy on the side as requested. The pork schnitzel was also correct except for the roasted potatoes. IMHO, they should have been fingerlings.Great service, reasonable pricing.

The restaurant is belong to Centara hotel Koh Samui and located in Chaweng beach with a beautiful sea view. With a good design and well decorated. Staff are friendly who provide good service.First time visit. Expect to be excellent, the choice of drinks is not bad as they have good selection of good bottles. A bit expensive compared to local prices but honestly with the location I would have been willing to pay twice what I did! The staff (especially the owner) is very friendly and kind. Food was delicious. We decided to grab a dinner over at This place and due to the fact that They mentioned Having a good rate among 93% of Tripadvisors customers, We thought it would be proper.We were actually part of the 7% not liking This place. The food was really blend and tasteless, also with a poor level of service.That experience made it really easy not to stop there for the next time getting Hungry.I apologise if there was a problem with the food. Your review doesn't really contain any information though. Why not bring this to our attention while at the restaurant? I am the owner and I always ask people how there food was unless I am not here or too busy which is on very rare occasions. Also what was wrong with service? If there were issues I would like to know so that I can resolve these.
