Went after reading some good reviews but was disappointed... On entering asked for a table.. waiter got a phone call and said I have to answer the phone and told us to go seat ourselves at the far end of the restaurant ...to make matters worse he forgot about us after answeing the phone call...waited 10mins until someone came to take our order and had to tell them we had no menu...Food was average... much better food at better prices available at nearby places..Decor was ok.. and quite a few parking spaces at the back Will not be going back anytime soon

Iâve often passed this restaurant and I was excited to finally be able to visit for dinner. But unfortunately reality did not meet my expectations. We went for a family meal. The starters were quite nice, if a little mean. My main course was an abomination. I ordered a favourite dish, Phad Thai, with coconut rice. I had an allergic reaction to the dish, though Iâve eaten similar dishes in countless restaurants. The coconut rice was served in half a coconut shell. A nice touch, until you take into account the £3.75 charge, which was extortionate. Dessert was adequate, what can go wrong with a banana fritter, after all? The service was unexpected, with dirty plates quickly cleared by a belligerent member of staff, who quite ruined the atmosphere. Iâm also curious about why home delivery orders were stored behind our table on a calor gas heater. There are many great restaurants in this area, so I would suggest if you want to have an excellent evening out then you visit them, and not Coopers. Would I make a repeat visit here? I rather think not! Such a shame.

I was looking for somewhere to eat after a footie game at Wembley, I had researched a few options, obviously looking at TripAdvisor and decided to give this a go. I made a reservation and was told that they would only have a set menu, so that is what we got. The restaurant was still very busy when we arrived, bot the table was soon available, it took a while before a drinks order was taken and a while before our first course arrived. We never saw a menu, so suffice to say, the first course had spring rolls, very nice, spring rolls and sesame seed toasts. The main course had a chicken, I think pork and probably beef. It was all pretty good and the service was friendly, we all enjoyed it and I would happily go again.Hi,Thank you for your valuable review. We always only do set menu during event days because of how busy it gets. We apologise for any inconvenience. Thank you for coming and we hope to see you again.

We have been eating at this Restaurant for the last 14+ years since they opened in Kenton. The CONSISTENT Superior Quality is admirable. Their claim as the âWorldâs one of the Best Places for Dosasâ is definitely true. Not just the dishes the several accompanying Chutneys, Sambhar, Sauces are very authentic and possibly the best in UK. Can say with confidence as we have been to every South Indian restaurant in the country. The outdoor catering is equally good. After hearing a lot of good things about the Kingsfield Arms my wife and I were very much looking forward to our visit. The good news is, they do get a couple of things right. Nice ambience and very good service.However, what should be the star of the show was sadly underwhelming. The food was just so ordinary. The mixed vegetable bhaji starter was an enormous intimidating plateful of deep fried vegetables that looked and tasted like it was pre-packed from Iceland. Iâm sure that canât be the case but thatâs what it looked and tasted like. The sauces of the mains tasted generic and pre-prepared and the Naan Bread tasted out of a packet.Whilst the food was pleasant enough it just wasnât authentic freshly cooked Indian. I appreciate that this type of Indian Restaurant is becoming more popular as it becomes increasingly difficult to hire the best Indian chefs who are sadly a dying breed but it just wasnât for me and I was surprised by its very impressive ratings. Maybe I just didnât get it!

Walk into the restaurant..very cozy place ..sat down on a table of four..we ordered the drinks and food together..the attendant staff took our order with very good sense of humour ..we already fall in love with the place ..the drinks came quickly follow with food in couple of minutes....we were already mind blowing..we all have a pick in all dishes and the food is soo tasty is amazing..thx to chef and the waitress Irina was lovely with us ..we Gonna go back again this week ..Big thx to the team of Hakkaland..see you soon

No table cloths , feels like a school dinner room . So not a restaurant to dine but the food was good for vegetarians and it was packed with the local community by 7pm . Service was a little slow but understandable due to the volume of people that filled the room soon after we arrived . Definitely a good experience of authentic Indian food .
