To start all staff cannot speak English so ordering even with English translated menu was an interesting and confusing experience. When we finally understood each other about the right order the food turned out to be good especially the fried prawns in mustard sauce, a very unique combination of wasabi with white chocolate on top of the prawns, very unusually but goes really well.As we truly enjoyed that dish we went again on our last night but just to order that.Dear guest:Your feedback is integral to our ability to continue to improve our service. Dined here for dinner and lunch in July 2016 and in Oct 2016, I truly loved the BBQ that they have for you to cook it all to yourself! Surprisingly, the air conditioning here works exceptionally well, much better than even the ac in the flat! The first part of the meal are pickled relish and vegetables such as kimchi, then you can find different kinds of sauce for you to pick and have the bbq for! So good!

Good Hong Kong style food. Good range of dishes available with all of the dishes you'd expect at a Hong Kong style restaurant, and a few vegetarian options available. The broccoli cooked with garlic was great. They also have desserts and fresh juices on the menu. We were seated and served very quickly and found the service staff pretty helpful. We got to the restaurant pretty close to closing time and it wasn't very full. The kitchen closed at 10pm when we were there. Menus have English writing and pictures of each dish. One downside was that it was a little bit smokey. The restaurant is on the side of a hotel, on Dongyang Dajie (the walking street).

We went to Golden Hans for lunch. We didn't have high expectations, but it turned out great. The hall is huge and decorated in an intense German beer hall style. The room is a bit dark, but not crowded. You buy your ticket before you enter the hall. Food is pretty cheap - a ticket (59 yuan) gets you a large variety of carved meats brought to you at your table by boys wearing German style outfits. More than I could eat - I declined some offers towards the end. You also have access to a massive buffet. The buffet has freshly cooked pizzas, many Chinese style dishes, a salad bar, Chinese style dumplings, deserts (cakes and egg tarts), coffee, soft drinks and fruit juices etc.I have heard that Golden Hans includes all you can drink beer at lunch time. Maybe this is true, but we had to pay. Our Mandarin was not good enough to ask. Some tables had small or 1L steins of beer, and some tables had tall glass dispensers holding 2-3 litres. We ordered large beers, and through possible misunderstanding got one of the dispensers that cost 20 yuan. Perhaps if we had ordered just a stein it would have been free? It was a pretty fun place to go, cheap and quick and easy.

Chun Bing is considered one of the best and most delicious food worldwide! Here at Lao Chang, you can find so many dishes such as shredded pork in hoisin sauce/barbecue sauce with shredded scallions and other dishes(Potatoes, or others). I definitely enjoyed all of my time here eating.

I have been traveling to Harbin on a consistent base for long time and this is one of my favorite restaurants in town.The first time I went was in 2006 and I liked the local handmade dumplings (jiaozi).Now it became a chain in franchising but it still kept the habit to make the dumplings manually on the spot just after the order as per the local tradition.There are several locations and some have also the menu in English or offer a better menu.The service is always fast and in my opinion it may be considered a healthy option to the american fast food chains.

Enter there before 6 pm ahead of the hordes of customers to avoid long queues. The jiaozi (chinese ravioli) are really the pleasure to be tested at least once in this chain. We ordered four types of æ°´é° (shuijiao) and found them all with their own taste character. So it was a degustation experience for a very affordable budget. Very busy staff and they do not speak english.

Ordered butter chicken, tandoori chicken and mutton seekh kabab with garlic and butter naan. Everything was delicious and really well served. Butter chicken was little sweetish and didn't go well with other delicious items. Staff and owner are very friendly. Overall great eatout place. Must try in Harbin.
