Nice looking hotel but avoid it except if you like to sleep in a discotheque !!! We were on second floor and music was so loud to we could barely speak together. We complained at midnight at the reception but they just said sorry but there is a party going on…. Nice but I don’t care, I just wanted to sleep !!! Clearly not the place to stay in Gallipoli.

Modern hotel with great breakfast

Reviewed By arkadyku

Quiet location (5 minutes car drive from the old city), free parking, excellent wifi, spacious room, modern room furniture and equipment, great breakfast, lifts. The only problem - window in the room cannot be open. It was locked for some reason. If you want really quiet room, ask the room with a window to backyard, because this hotel very close to the city road with pretty busy traffic.

Quiet, Comfy Resort on the outskirts of Town

Reviewed By TravelFoodLive

The hotel is really nice but it’s the people that make this place really nice! All of the staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. We stayed here for four nights while celebrating a destination wedding. The hotel is a short bike ride or cab ride to get into town which makes it quieter than the hustle and bustle of downtown Porto Cesareo. They have arrangements with a private beach club and regular transport to the beach which we really appreciated when we wanted beach versus pool. Our rooms were nice size and the beds were very comfortable - the only issue was our air conditioner struggled to lower the temperature in our room.

Immaculate!

Reviewed By FallonKaye

We stayed here for 3 nights and honestly everything was just perfect! The architecture is immaculate, everything is spotless and super clean. The location is fantastic it is only about an 8 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and marina area where there is SO much choice on where to eat. We also hired a car and we were about an hours drive from most things. The spa was one of the best I have been to - lots of different areas and very chilled. The massage was lovely too. A lot of reviews saying the staff are not friendly I completely disagree! They were all polite and helpful if we needed anything. Breakfast was mainly pastries, meats and cheeses but was delicious! You cannot serve yourself due to Covid although that wasn’t a problem. The room has everything you needed however I would have liked a pool view not a brick wall! and the bed & pillows are hard - new mattresses are needed. Sound is an issue too you can hear other guests flushing the toilet or in the shower early in the morning. This is my reason for not giving it 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again!

Sunny Skies

Reviewed By Chris O

We stayed here, somewhat out of season, as we wanted to see the Puglia area of Italy and were blessed with clear sunny skies every day. The hotel was a little fewer stars than we are used to but in terms of value for money and overall experience was very good. The hotel is very welcoming with a high standard of decor and, whilst English is not their forte, we managed to communicate quite well and they were always very pleased to be of service. The room was clean, tidy and fairly well appointed with a great sea view and balcony. Fresh towels also arrived every day! There is a TV, with many channels but none of them are English, so brush up on your Italian or forget TV for a week! Well located just next to the seafront it is a good base if you want to go around Puglia, which is a delightful place to be. Parking was easy except for the bank holiday when we used the hotel underground car park. The restaurant was relatively basic, in keeping with 3 star hotels worldwide but the helpfulness of the staff was better than your average 3 star. The cost per night was good and whilst it is not in the same style as most of the hotels we stay at, I can say it was one of the best for value. One tip, our satnav had a few issues with the roads very close to the hotel, trying to send us the wrong way up one way streets but the easy way to find the hotel is to just drive along the sea front and look for the huge sign!

We stayed for 6 nights and really enjoyed the stay. What made it for us what the hotel is very modern, stylish spotless and has a family feel to it. The staff are all very welcoming and Antonio, Allesandro and the team couldn’t do enough to make the stay a great one. It’s location is close enough to the vibrant small town of Porto Cesareo, but off the beaten track enough to be quiet and relaxing.

I wouldn't go back

Reviewed By paveita

to the question "would you go back there?" the answer, NO ++ sea water, just amazing clean & clear + rooms, very big, with double shower + beer, light lager -- beach distance, is not far at all on foot, but can be a dangerous walk because you have to step along the "statale" road -- train (navetta) schedule to the beach. Only one every half hour when the distance is 3 minutes drive -- food (unfortunately..): - always, lukewarm (and ordinary); - nothing local from the region (a part ONE night) - fruit, shoddy and "cheap" -- restaurant management, embarassing: - I complained with the maitre and he told me to remind the issue to the cooks; - every meal you have to find a table available and often wait to be set it up - if you prefer to eat a little later, difficulties increases - customers can't touch the plates, but they can serve themselves at the drink dispenser (using thier fingers) or touch the bags for salt, pepper, mayo, biscotti, etc or serve themselves olive oil with a spoon from a bowl; - there is not a clear sign or indication of the path to follow between appetisers and desserts ... other details: you have to remind people to keep their distance (or not skip the line/queue); ; the lunch box, if you requires it, embarassing. the beach service: the workers (mostly immigrants guys, here so called "extra-comunitari") are always kind, smiling and available. We can't say the same for their fussy, nitpicking "boss". beach plays all day long, music as loud as a rave party
