Bright, comfortable, immaculately clean,superb service
Reviewed By Guaracy18My wife and I spent 2 lovely, relaxing days in Il Giardino BB. Our room was large and bright, with the most magnificent view of the country side. Vincenzo and his family completely refurbished a beautiful old property into a modern, elegant small hotel. Il Giardino is conveniently located - within a 10 minute walk of the Villa D’Este and many restaurants and shops. From our room we could also see the local bus stop below to Handrian’s Villa (12 minutes away). The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. When Uber could not find a ride for us to the airport, Vincenzo within a few minutes found us a private taxi to take us the airport for same price. We loved our stay there. We felt as if we were home being well taken care. Thank you.

Marco was great..We had the room with the loft..it was very cute..He had breakfast for us alittle earlier since we wanted to leave early, had a long drive..What a breakfast!! One of the best I've had & I do travel a lot.. He had meats, cheese,fruit,yogert,tomatoes / toast, soft boil egg, even tiramisu!!Of course cappuccino... It was a delight, with the pandemic it hasn't been easy to travel & many places have skimped on breakfast ,but not here..If I'm in the area again would definitely stay here again..Ciao

Reviewed By Rob-0000001This place is a beautifully sympathetically and very stylishly renovated Palazzo in the centre of Tivoli within easy walking distance of Villa D’Este and restaurants. Simone was a great host, helpful and very knowledgable about the area. We stayed 1 night but there is so much more to do and see in the area, and we will come back and stay here again. Nearby Ristorante Sibilla is amazing! Perfect position, excellent food and service at reasonable prices. This is a lot more than an ordinary B&B

Peaceful place near Hadrian’s Villa
Reviewed By Michael KB & B only five minute walk from Hadrian’s Villa allowing one to have the Villa to oneself for an hour. Fabulous! Very nice and helpful family who own the place. Recommend the room with queen bed for extra space but need to be able to walk up narrow steep stairs to second floor. Breakfast is mostly carbs as their license doesn’t allow them to cook anything

Charming bed and brakfast in a luxury property of the beginning of nineteen century. In Tivoli center, close to Villa d' Este gardens in a fantastic panoramic location, with a wonderfull view on the valley until Rome. Easy access to the free Public parking, and no restricted traffic zone. Large and comfortable rooms,air conditioned and wi-fi connected; some of them with with panoramic view, Family room,also possible.For a special stay The Nicolo Arnaldi Superior room is the best choice: private panoramic balcony with a fantastic view,the balcony is equipped with table and chairs.In all the rooms there are cofee and tea facilities. The house has a panoramic terrace for all the guests always available,here breakfast is served during the warm season.All the house is Internet connected wi-fi free. Luggage storage, bicycles storage.

Fake b&b! It’s a divided up flat in a seedy building
Reviewed By kdp_12Maybe acceptable for an air b&b, but not a proper b&b booked on hotels.com. The seedy building is on the busiest street in Tivoli. The flat is on the second floor of this low quality residential building- converted to 3 bedrooms with a microscopic kitchen bar dining zone in the entryway. We left immediately and the owner who said he would not charge us did so directly, then did not pick up the phone. So phoney advertising, seedy building and deceptive manager.

Romantic in town center
Reviewed By MariliavaTivoli is a very romantic city. This hotel has 3 rooms also very romantic. It is located in the city center nearby Villa D Este. The hotel has no parking, but there is a good cheap public parking just 5-10 min distance (2 euro every 6 hours). We stayed in room Adriana, where there are one double bed in a mezanino (quite difficult access) and a single bed. All rooms are accesible via stairs. Free wifi. The manager will give you all the keys to access, there is no lobby. We went to Vila D Este (paid) Villa Gregoriana which you can see by via ponte gregoriano, all 5 min walking distance.

The room decor was very dated.the wall paper was peeling off the wall and in the bathroom the bowl of the toilet was brown. I must admit that the breakfast was very good and the staff really friendly but the room was very tired.

Easy to arrive, with a direct access to the public parking in Piazza Garibaldi, the B. and B. is Not in a limited traffic zone! Here the guests will find rooms with en-suite facilities and wi-fi connected free air conditioning. Superior rooms with box hydromassage shower, family Superior room 4 occupancy available. Wonderful panoramic terrace for breakfast and relax,overlooked Villa d' Este square. Bus stop and taxi,at few steps. Buffet breakfast with fresh daily baked bread, savoury choice. Hosts english spoken, Luggage storage, bicycles storage.
Lovely B&B in excellent location
Reviewed By MicheleB181This is a lovely small B&B in a great location directly across from the Ville d’Este. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The en-suite bath was impeccably clean and had a good shower with plenty of hot water. There is no common area for gathering during the day but the breakfast room is open in the morning. The location is ideal, as free parking is included and nearly everything is within walking distance. The hosts, Rosella and Fabio, could not be nicer or more helpful. Rosella made us an appointment at the nearby pharmacy so that we could have our COVID testing done before our flight the following day. She also made excellent recommendations for dinner at nearby restaurants. We would certainly stay here again if we should return to Tivoli.
