On arrival it can be a bit intimidating as itâs such a huge looking restaurant, however once your food is ordered via self service (which is really easy) you will feel right at ease!Staff were all really friendly including the manager. Food is fresh with so much to choose from! So many different ways to have chicken! I would totally recommend!

Went with my grandson while on a shopping trip, saw this, thought we'd give it a try, I ordered pulled pork sandwich, and my grandson had a sweet Caroline burger, with fries, I had sweet potato fries, everything was amazing, he then had a jam doughnut milkshake and I had vanilla, service was great, quite busy, but served quite quickly, everything was hot and tasty, definetly recommend and plenty of different choices

Came here as TGI Fridayâs next door was packed. Ordered via the self service machines, all fine & simple to use. Tables werenât regularly cleaned, didnât see any staff doing it & many had left over trays etc, bin was nearly over flowing & floor felt greasy. Food arrived, one salad was missing & a portion of chips which was dealt with quickly but I paid for double chicken & didnât get it, was too hungry to complain. Food was fresh & tasted good although I think the dips could be improved. Toilets were clean. Would return if staff clean the tables more regularly.

Itâs a fan of TGIs in general this place is like a play group for the staff who even as dead as it was couldnât find the time get get our drinks or deliver our meals at the same time! 12 minutes to order a top up coke isnât acceptable even on a busy night........ then when a fight kicked off outside to hear the staff swearing and running to the window to watch rather than serve is simply a joke! Unacceptable and well below standard.

My family and I (+ one of my sons friends) went to this Frankie & Bennyâs after a shopping trip to Lakeside. Weâve never been to this F&Bâs before, but had the most amazing experience. Our waiter, Martin, was fantastic! Very attentive, polite, fast and helpful. The food was outstanding and arrived promptly but perfect. Nothing was too much to ask and our evening experience was wonderful. We will come again!!!

Wow The service was polite and friendly not your average burger joint . To start we shared some halloumi chips we found the regular portion was enough for us and they were gorgeous on to the mains I had double bacon & cheese burger which was juicy and full of flavour my daughter had chicken burger and said it was the best she had ever eaten both served with fries big thank you to the waitresses who were very friendly and helpful well done This is so lovely to hear. We're pleased you both enjoyed your meal - strong decisions all round! Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts, the team will be happy to hear them. We hope to see you again soon!

What a wonderful little diner in the middle of Northfleet,we went there for lunch and had the most wonderful foodThe Diner is set out like an Original American Diner with lots of memorabilia around the wall and an old Jukebox in the corner constantly playing good old Rock 'n' Roll tunes,The staff are all very friendly, polite and professional giving you the impression that nothing was to much trouble for them, on the day we were there it was very busy but the all the staff stayed calm, controlled and handled the pressure with ease The food was 100% spot on I can not recommend this lovely little diner enough

Not been to GBK in awhile, what a lovely surprise. Service was good, Deco was good, Staff very helpful and food was amazing, the Lamb burger was brilliant and we loved the skinny fries. My daughter loved her Double Belgian Chocolate shake. Will definitely be back.

We visited last week with our two children and our waitress kept them occupied by making balloon animals for them. We usually worrying about taking them out for meals because they get bored very easily. However, the atmosphere and staff here kept them entertained and we even got to enjoy our meal too... bonus!
