Mr. Subash is the best to welcome you and will take care if your entire stay. Rooms are good with all the amenities to stay.

The Safire Residency is lodging only facility and our main objective is to provide a comfortable rest and clean accommodation. Major advantage of the hotel is the easy access to city, Thampanoor bus-stand and Central Railway Station with in the radius of 3 Kms. We have an inventory of total 19 rooms with 4 room categories. We offer our guest 24 hours check in/check out time with 24 x 7 front desk assistance and complimentary WiFi in the reception area.

No toiletries supplied, not even a bar of soap Water supply is very weak in the showers Do not book if its not an AC room, unbearable heat The overall hygiene of the room is not up to the mark No Parking facility No shops within 300m radius of the building even though the place is quite accessible from the Thampanoor Bus stand All in all... Very unsatisfactory

Service has always been friendly and in particular Aparna's attitude. Any request was met with a smile. One of the best veg restaurants in TVM. Near to railway station, bus stand and a little walk to Ananthapadmanabhaswamy temple nd challai Definitely recommend.

Clean and Budget property
Reviewed By naresh bNormally we cannot expect good maintenance with budget properties but this tourist home is an exception. I stayed in non-AC room. I wear Sabarimala during the stay and shouldn't use bed, indeed I slept at floor which is very clean and I felt no uncomfortable. Toilets are kept clean. Location is main advantage where its walk able distance from both bus stand and railway station. Though its near to these two transport hub, its always quite and calm.
