We stayed here in May 2019 as part of a tour group. We checked in the hotel right after entering Croatia so it was the first thing that impressed us. The frontage did not do justice as it looked like a bingo hall. There were walk-up steps but no accessible ramp for rolling luggage. The foyer was okay with the casino entrance was right in the middle next to the front desk. We were not gambling people so this was in no way affecting us at all as we did not care much about it. The hotel was getting better starting at the elevator. This was a medium size hotel. We like the layout that gave the feel of luxurious big place without having to overwhelm people by a massive space. Our room was at the same floor with the gym which was extra convenient. The room interior was very nice and luxurious, it had the quality of 5-star level. Guests loved the dial to change the colors of the headboard (see photo). Everyone became a kid for a night! The gym was small but well-equipped and well-kept. The restaurant was bright and spacious with lots of food choices. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. We had extra time to mingle in the morning in the restaurant as we had to wait for late entry time to the Plitvice park so we did not have to leave early as usual for tour group. The staircase at the back of the hotel was extra convenient as we could walk up to the floor quickly, it did not feel strenuous as everything was scaled perfectly. Other hotels should take note and follow the blueprint for this hotel. It was built right! Overall this was one of the best place we stayed in the whole trip. It was a bit away from town, we did not know how it would be to travel from here to other attractions as we followed the group on a bus. However, everyone loved this place and people were very upset that on the second day we were not booked here. We would stay here again. Thank you for being such a nice place, having good services and providing us with pleasant memories.
