What a great informative session and to walk away with your own unique bottle of gin! Loved it! A fun evening of Gin history, tasting and then blending in an extensive library. Paul was on hand to help and guide when your tastebuds fail you and ensures you walk away with a bottle of Gin that works! Looking forward to visiting the distillery and did Paul say cocktails are coming???
