We had an amazing time learning about oysters and all sorts of local marine life including crabs, starfish, lobsters, sponges... it was really great! We learned how to properly shuck oysters; Gerry was extremely informative and generous. We definitely recommend this experience to everyone. PS: watch out for the lobster, she’s very protective of her space (or prob just wants to make new friends) ;)

So much history and great views on this tour. The Gallarus Oratory was one of my favorite stops, but you can also pet a baby lamb and see a filming site from Star Wars Episode VII, Basically something for everyone. Comfortable, warm van and you can leave the driving to Colm and enjoy the views. Even great in the rain!

I would advise anyone visiting Belmullet Co Mayo to take the tour of the town with Neal Doherty. Neal is a mine of knowledge on the history of Belmullet and well worth the experience. His tour starts in the centre of town (outside the Bank of Ireland) and takes in all places of interest in this beautiful town. Very reasonably priced too.

The Burren National Park covers a remarkable 1,500ha of limestone pavement, hazel scrub, woodland, turloughs, springs and cliffs. Originating from the Irish word “Boireann” meaning rocky place you cannot fail to be impressed by this truly mesmeric landscape. The Connemara is home to one of the most spectacular coastal drives in Ireland overlooking the Atlantic at the foot of Errisbeg Mountain, it is no surprise that International artists have drawn their inspiration from this enigmatic location. IWHB was great to work with on my walking tour (Kerry Camino/Dingle Way), from initial information and coordination, to day-to-day check-ins and weather updates. Morris provided a lively and informative intro the day before I set up, ensuring I was set up to enjoy the hiking. They are very well organized, friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I don't hesitate to recommend using them for one of their tours, I was very happy, surprised really, with how much they had to offer and the way they went about it all.
