Watch as fire gathers wood and food- then cooks you a Rasta "Ital" (vegetarian) meal on the open wood fire using the ancient natural techniques of coconut and spices. This is our 5th year in a row heading to the mountains where Zimbali has a farm to table cooking show. First, we get to relax in the beautiful garden room while stunning freshly squeezed juice. Then, we get anto the the organic farm tour with a farmer who has spent his whole life farming in the mountains. On Saturdays, it's African drumming (and a pre-dinner drink????). And finally, we get to enjoy the cooking show and dinner prepared by the experts????️ The food is excellent and the experience is one of a kind! And, most important, this is truly a local, family-owned business where the ???? we spend there will go directly back to the community ???? Mark, Alicia, their (ever-growing) family, and the staff are so welcoming and such great poeple!

Michael was waiting for us when we arrived even though our flight was early! He brought us red stripe and made stops along the way for us! I would definitely recommend!

What ever you do, DO NOT BOOK with this company. It’s fraud! The “owner” is doing business under “Martha Brae’s name. Basically you will be paying for the car ride alone there then u will have to pay an additional $77 for the actual rafting. The guy is super rude and disrespectful. He ruined our entire trip to Jamaica! He charges us $160 just for a ride less than 30 mins away. Not to mention we took a different ride which was 1.5 hours long for less than that price. You have been warned! DO NOT BOOK this under any circumstances! We were scammed and I would hate for anyone else to go through that. False Advertisement!

Awesome experience ????....I initially thought it was going to be a group tour, we were pleasantly surprised the tour was private (only me and my husband). The driver Mr. OJ was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He offered us a jamaican style breakfast (no extra charge). Vehicle was clean, smell fresh and air conditioner ????. The drive was smooth and laid back given some of the rough terrain. The driver showed us the beauty of Jamaica ????????. Ten thumbs up ???? ???? ???? ???? .

My sister and I went to Jamaica in January 2021 and had an awesome time. We really enjoyed Rafting. We bought some Jamaican rum for us and the captain and enjoyed the ride. At the end of the ride there was a nice store where we bought bamboo cups w straws. We did a lot of sought out activities. Naturally occurring minerals in Blue Hole Mineral Spring are recognized for their therapeutic value.
