Wow... Wow... Wow... Such a great experience! My husband and I recently had the chance to visit the South West and do some wine tastings. We were extremely impressed with our visit to this cellar door. Not only were their wines superb, but it was one of the most beautiful vineyards we've seen in our travels. To top it off, the staff were awesome and they were only too happy to spare their time and share with us their extensive knowledge of wine-making. It was such a great experience and we managed to buy some lovely wines too. Would definitely recommend and return in the not too distant future! Thanks Jen, Craig, Lisa, and their furry pets who also made our visit so enjoyable.

My wife and I visited this winery whilst staying in the area. We visited a number of wineries, however Barrecas Winery was by far the best. We were fortunate to have Phil (the winemaker) and his wife serving at the cellar door, which was great as we were able to get great insights into the wines we tasted. The ambience and service were excellent.

All the times I have visited Margaret River and this was my first time to Woodlands Wines. I have been missing out! Firstly the staff are amazing, really friendly, knowable & helpful. The cellar door is lovely and comfortable, very relaxing and the wines are great and reasonably priced. There is a snack menu with the most amazing cheese boards that are not to be missed. All in all, one of my favourite experiences this trip and I can't wait to return.

After reading the enormous amounts of accolades Flametree wines have recently received for their SRS Chardonnay, we had to stop in to taste for ourselves. We had such a wonderful experience with the knowledgeable & friendly Cellar Door girls who spent the time to have a chat & really made us feel so welcome that we joined their Flametree Family Membership. We're delighted to support a local business, have our twice yearly allocation of 'liquid souvenirs' plus be guests at their bi-annual events where we receive complimentary canapes, wine & get to meet the Flametree Family. Thank you guys x

Woody Nook Wines

Reviewed By IanB3197 - Perth, Australia

Woody Nook is one of the smaller wineries in the Margaret River region, but for all it lacks in size it more than makes up for in the superb quality of its wines and the food served in its cafe. I personally am not a lover of Chardonnay but the Woody Nook product pleases even my pallet. But the crown here has to be taken by the superb Nooky Delight (port), one of the finest port style fortified wines you will find anywhere in Western Australia and well worth the journey from Perth just for this alone. Friendly and accommodating staff and excellenty prepared local produce, including the exceptionally fine tasting plate for two, and a range of beautiful desserts including spectacular homemade ice cream, just add to the highly enjoyable experience.
