this bus stop locates at the front of middle gate (Chu mon) at Danjo Garan complex ,it's one of the highlight place to visit in Koya san area. there includes giant middle gate, Kondo(main Monastery), Kampon Daito(red white pagoda with Avalokiteshvara statues or Kannons. there is also old beautiful temples around . it's also peaceful garden and pond in the complex.

'HORIKAWAYA NOMURA' was established as a shipping agent in 1688. In their prime, they owned more than a dozen ships and were in business with big families such as the Kishu Tokugawa family. After long time, their 18th descendant is alive as the oldest soysauce producer. His house and lot is used as his soysauce shop and Japanese official's historical structures. (Car parking available)
