Muhammed was a very qualified driver with good english skills. He picked me up promptly at the hotel (even rung the hostel to know he was arriving soon), took me to get coffee at the start of the trip and were very open to let me have my time, and get snacks etc. Would definitely recommend the trip and driver to anyone else! Thank you!

I booked the trip online and had help and tips to get the trip 50% discounted with a coupon voucher. Later i wrote my guide and he welcomed us in the wadirum village. From that on he took care of us during all the trip. It's good to be taking care that friendly that was a great experience for me and my parents. I recommend it for those who are not looking for luxury trip!

Very disappointed with the people who run this company. I booked (paid in full) just a few days before the coronavirus shut everything down in March 2020, they assured me that everything would be ok and that I could rebook when things reopened. When Jordan reopened I got back intouch and rearranged the Tour date, the day before the tour was due I double checked with them to see if we were still meeting and where; they confirmed all of the details. I got to the meeting point and they were not there, I tried to call and waited but nobody showed or answered. Very lucky a tour guide took from my camp took me instead - I definitely recommend seeing Wadi Rum but DO NOT use this company they will take your money and not show up. Very disappointing indeed. Use a better service! Really messed me around saying they would be there when they had no intention of doing so. Avoid!

Scotia and Khaled arranged a fantastic weekend trip for us. I requested the sunrise hike up Jbel Um Ad Dani and it was arranged very well. From the flexible time for us to arrive from Amman on Thursday, to ensuring we got up the peak in time for sunrise and had a fire to keep us warm. I’ll do the same trip with them again when family can come back to Jordan. Definitely recommended, in particular for ease of booking and value for money.

We booked an 1 hour& half jeep tour at visitors center, starting at 6 PM from Memories Aicha Luxury camp. Our guide, a very young beduin -Abdel Kareem- was very profesional and punctual. We climbed the red sand dunes and took beautiful pictures of the protected area. Then he took us at Jebel Khazali and explained us the historical and religious importance of the inscriptions on the walls of the canyon. Our next stop was the incredible Um Frouth bridge and took amazing photos. We waited for the impressive sunset in the desert. The silence and immensity of the desert give your a peaceful feeling. A trip to remember.
