A perfect choice for a memorable gals night away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, where every feature of the Dunamoy experience exceeded our expectations. All staff had a warm and lovely manner. Afternoon tea & breakfast were absolutely delicious, the spa peaceful & beautiful, the cottage stylish, comfy & spotless, equipped with everything needed for our group. We raved about our top class facials, and expert therapists. Bliss !

I booked a session at the beach box sauna with 4 friends so we had the sauna to ourselves. This is not your usual sauna-this is the real deal making it a full on multi sensory experience. The converted horse box with its stunning sea views is perfect, and the experience is enhanced with bunches of traditional oak leaves (used to gently whip your skin) and a fabulous salt scrub. The sea was too rough for a mid sauna dip but there's a fresh water shower for cooling off. The whole experience left all of us feeling truly fantastic and my skin has felt wonderfully soft since our visit. This really is a perfect way to spend a couple of hours away from the hustle and bustle of the city and an absolute must on any trip to Brighton.

Even before I arrived the customer service was excellent. I phoned to check location as my sat nav seemed array. The lady (I'm sorry I didn't ask your name!) was just lovely and came out to meet me. To you personally, I have to say thank you for making me feel so incredibly welcome and with such professionalism. Two hours in the thermal spa (2 Sauna, 2 Steam and a jacuzzi) ... bliss. Lovely touch in bringing a fresh sorbet into the sauna and a cold flannel for post steam and sauna. Lots of fresh fruit flavoured waters available too. Karen was my therapist for the "Divine Duo" body scrub and massage. Karen clearly loves her job, she is a natural! I really enjoyed the treatment and would highly recommend, On leaving another therapist spotted that I didn't have a bag for my soggy swimwear and sorted me with bag. It's the little things like that that made such a difference. What a way to end the working week! Thank you all at the Garden Spa

Visited rudding park spa as part of a spa break which included staying at the hotel and a meal in the clocktower restaurant. The spa offers some great facilities including foot spas, saunas, luxury steam room, oxygen room, experience showers, spa bath, sunlight therapy and a hydrotherapy pool. Really loved spending time in the outdoor hydrotherapy pool so relaxing and was set to a great temperature. The roof top spa was a really great area just to chill out with some modern garden space surrounding. I had a full body massage which i would fully recommend. Look forward to attending rudding park again in future and will fully recommend to family and friends

Private Swimming pool available to hire exclusively for your group by the hour. Renovated in summer 2018. Open 7 days a week 9.00am- 10.00pm. Lovely warm water set at 32 degrees with wide roman steps making it ideal for children and those less able. Located in rural surroundings only over looked by the occasional grazing horse. This was our third visit with our 2 year old granddaughter. Always lovely, warm and clean pool and changing rooms. Our granddaughter loves it and so do we. Think it’s very reasonably priced and much better than the local authority pool. We intend to keep coming back.

Visited yesterday with a friend. Thoroughly relaxing, quiet experience in the spa followed by a full body hot wax candle massage. This was done by Louise and she applied just the right amount of pressure, I felt like I was walking on clouds after it. The spa area was spotless, only downside was having to provide own towels but this won't stop me from returning.
