Trabzon Province (Turkish: Trabzon ili) is a province of Turkey on the Black Sea coast. Located in a strategically important region, Trabzon is one of the oldest trade port cities in Anatolia. Aya Sofia is currently closed for renovation, as are most sights in Trabzon, such as the museum and Sumela monastery. However it is still worth a visit because you can walk around the outside and take in this amazing sight. The cafe is also a nice place to relax and see the view Hopefully I can return to see the inside in the future.
