I never thought that I would have been able to be so close to an owl or even have one snuggling me. I highly recommend to visit this cafe, the owls are very well taken care of by friendly caretakers who will also help you take group photos professionally. The owls are also given time to rest after each sessions, do also note that no food will be provided but I can assure you that food will be the last thing on your mind when you visit these cuddly birds. They also have a shop in the cafe that sells various things from shirts to puzzles and even postcards of the owls!

NECO REPUBLIC is free-moving style cat protection cafe. Aiming to reduce the number of cats killed by culling to 0 by Feb. 22nd, 2022. Providing space to be with cats, selling some cat goods, holding various events. Play with cats, buy goods and join to the events means you are supporting the rescue cats. We would like to make a culture to accept the rescue cats as a family and have a nice life.

As someone with a lot of VR experience, it takes a lot to impress me but this experience really wowed. The incredible, fun and friendly staff, coupled with VR technology that cannot be replicated at home (green screen, wrist sensors, rumble jacket, etc.) makes for a must-do experience in Tokyo.
