LilyPod Yoga

LilyPod Retreats and Yoga teacher Trainings take place mainly in Ibiza, Spain although we do on occassion offer our programs in other stunning and unique locations around the world. Our venues for LilyPod are usually nestled in the country side away from noise and hectic environments, so one can properly retreat inward supported by gorgeous raw nature. There is plenty of space within the properties for meditative walks, connection to the land, pick fresh herbs, local oranges, carob, almonds, figs, cherries, prickly pears to name a few. For our retreats: The Yoga practice takes most of the morning so in the afternoons after lunch, there is opportunities to discover the area, go to the beach, take horse back riding lessons or what ever might be available from the local people as well as to indulge in the various different styles of body work available including Ayurvedic treatments and reflexology.

Pure Yoga Canarias

Sueñas con tener la mente calma, un cuerpo flexible, fuerte y equilibrado y una conexión espiritual de banda ancha. Te mostramos el camino. Love Libby

Reviewed By Laurathieme - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain

I realised immediately that yoga was good for me from my very first practice with Libby (almost 11 years now). At the beginning just to relief my back problems and later in so many different ways. I also tried different yoga schools and I definitely came back to pure yoga. here I feel it is the right place to practice, to learn more about yoga and myself...and there are no words to describe the energy flowing in this studio. All the teachers are different and amazing in their own ways and all together they make a fantastic team. Finally, last year I got the opportunity to join the teacher training at Pure yoga, and I am so grateful for this experience. I also know for sure this is just the beginning, I will learn more about yoga, and I definitely are looking forward to do others courses. Thanks to all of the Pure yoga team and specialIy to Libby to make it possible for me. I can just recommend you to try it if you may feel curiosity about yoga????.

Kaliyoga

My week at Kaliyoga was transformational! The embrace of everyone was so genuine and full of kindness. Leah’s yoga was a perfect balance of teaching and practice, for all levels (rarely achieved). A perfect antidote to the superficiality of commercial Christmas and the real meaning of the Season. You can never underestimate the effect of love and consciousness on the lives of others!

Sanuk

Inspired by the concept of holistic health, in SANUK we combine the Traditional Thai Massage with other knowledge and related disciplines such as acupressure, osteopathy, stretching of the muscles. In addition, we offer Yoga classes and courses and workshops on massage techniques.

The best Thai massage I’ve ever had. Started with the oil massage which was so good I went back for the traditional Thai massage with the very talented listening touch of Roberto. The Thai massage is strong but was far better than any osteopath or chiropractic treatment. Came out feeling far taller and straighter. Highly highly recommend this fabulous place

Watsu Thai Massages

Watsu Massage Lanzarote services require previous apointment by phone or email. Watsu is a relaxing aquatic therapy. The movements are combined with soft strechings in the warm water. In Watsu we use the lightness of the body in the water to decompress the vertebras, to mobilize the joints and to stretch the muscles in a new way, free from gravity. You will feel half a dolphin and half an astronaut. The soothing effect of the warm water, together with the greater freedom of movement, influence our being at different levels, helping rebalance our body, mind and soul. Stef has more than 15 years of experience giving watsus and have adapted Watsu for the specific need of athletes (recovery and strong streches), babies (mobility and playfulness), pregnant woman (fluidity and lightness), seniors (regeneration).

Reviewed By Lelsta - London, United Kingdom

This was my first experience of Watsu treatment and I booked it in an attempt to resolve niggling long standing lower back pain made worse by a change of mattress on holiday. It was an incomparable, extraordinary experience. Beyond relaxation. As some other reviewers have described it is a deeply soothing, nurturing treatment - a meditation. My back felt a little tender the following day but since treatment and 4 weeks after returning home my symptoms have all but dissipated. I would visit Stefan regularly if I could and I would definitely recommend Stefan and this Watsu treatment.

After meeting Opale in June and having some one to one sessions with her I was keen to return and attend one of her 4 day retreats at the lovely Can Magdale villa in North Ibiza. It was the most wonderful experience, Opale is so calm and patient and so knowledgeable and encouraging. She has the most wonderful ora. I can't wait to return next year to attend another of her retreats. Thank you so much.
